They were prompt in coming to the initial appointment to assess the issue then they were able to have the new systems in place immediately with only a few hours of turnaround between the assessment appointment which was the next day. The process was diligent and efficient. The price for two new units were to be as expected; however, it is a necessary expense and one that I was willing to invest in for peace of mind in the future. I appreciate the after care Canady's provides as well to ensure that the customer is satisfied. They will also do a follow check in about two weeks which lets me know they care about the quality of their services and are willing to stand by their name. They did not leave a mess and everything is in working order which I am very happy.

The shower handle set was reasonable, servicing the two 50gal hot water tanks, which including draining them were very reasonably priced. However, the price to install the simple bathroom sink faucet was outrages...$572 and I provided the faucet. The shower work and Hot water tank maintence were separately less than half of the sink price. I know what you're thinking and you're correct. I could of declined the work. But I truly wanted the faucet installed. I informed Tim, that I would like to have four additional faucets, two more shower handle sets and an overhead shower installed. You'd figure with the pending amount of work. The price would lessen... nope, not one penny budged. If its one thing I've learned from this ordeal is that i will not allow Canady to install any more of my sinks.

I reset the alarm on the panel only for it to come back on later. All thru the night I had to get up and shut this alarm off. The next morning I contacted Dyess and a Service Tech came out and inspected. His answer was we need a new board that is located in the attic. This was a Thursday afternoon around 5:30. He was going back to the office and find out when and where a board could located. Today is September 11, and we still have no answer as to when we will get a replacement part. I have called the office number twice, one being this morning. Still no answer about the part. No one calls you back!!!!!

After serval attempts we now have AC, along the way there were some minor hiccups , but in the end Climatic came thru. Also left the fuses out of my AC outside without telling me when I have 2 large dogs out there regularly and its been raining almost daily was off putting, not to mention my system worked fine when I put them back in after being told my compressor was out. He seemed like a good guy and I'm sure he was jusy doing his job but I feel like it was an attempt to take me for a ride when I found out my AC was working properly after putting them back in. Texted to say it was working and I wasnt going to need a new compressor to no response. Did he fix it? Yes. Do I feel like I over paid and was under informed? Yes.

He was very thorough, checked our indoor unit and compressor ( he took off all the panels and vacuumed the debris from the bottom.). He also took photos of all the tests with their results and took the time to explain the results. He was cautious not to track dirt in from outside, Aaron is an asset to Galbreth & Son.
