    The first call to this company made the ultimate decision for my family. They were compassionate…read moreand concerned about not having a working AC in 90 degree plus weather. They were prompt in coming to the initial appointment to assess the issue then they were able to have the new systems in place immediately with only a few hours of turnaround between the assessment appointment which was the next day. The process was diligent and efficient. The price for two new units were to be as expected; however, it is a necessary expense and one that I was willing to invest in for peace of mind in the future. I appreciate the after care Canady's provides as well to ensure that the customer is satisfied. They will also do a follow check in about two weeks which lets me know they care about the quality of their services and are willing to stand by their name. They did not leave a mess and everything is in working order which I am very happy.

They have grown too fast and charge exorbitant rates and treat very long standing loyal customers with gay abandon. I am a verty experienced engineer who has handled huge HVAC units and complicated propulsion and auxiliary machinery onboard ocean going ships as a Chief Engineer. I watched a Canady's technician working on my home HVAC unit and I was shocked to have hired them. The unit broke down 3 days after he serviced it and now it will take another 5 days for a technician (?????) to come out and see what the first nincompoop broke in my house. I want a refund and DARE their manager to engage in a conversation with me. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and Social Media will hear about this and ALL my past SOUR experiences for a long time to come. I am ready to educate the Canadys Manager on the reverse Carnot Cycle and give hima few lessons regarding the latent heat of evaporation and the importance of PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go ahead and call me Canadys.

    The receptionist is terrible. She is rude, condescending, unhelpful, and I could go on and on with…read morenegative words to describe this person. They installed our AC unit incorrectly in our new home and we had a year and a half worth of issues due to that. We eventually had a compressor that failed way before it should have and it turns out everything was installed incorrectly initially. They then had the gall to charge $500 for a service fee. I called up there to ask about the charges and the receptionist of course was as rude as possible. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

My initial inquiry, through their website, was ignored. Then, I got an appointment by phone - weeks out - and they cancelled it the week of the appointment. The technician was great but did not have the right filter to install in our system so they have to come back... A different technician returned to install the correct filter. He was careful to explain that they had charged me too little, that the filter would be almost twice the price next year, and that this cost them $40 odd dollars. And so I have fired Byrd. I am going to find a local HVAC company that does not treat their customers as an afterthought. There are literally a hundred HVAC companies in the metro Savannah area. There is absolutely no reason to waste your time with a disorganized and unresponsive company. The owner's response on to my negative review on google was to make an untrue personal attack. You can draw your own conclusions. The owner's response below was written after the owner responded to this review on google and personally attacked me in the process.
