They replaced the water line when they felt it and it was wet, this did not stop the leak so they pulled the toilet to replace the wax ring and discovered a cracked flange. Since they didn't have the flange on the truck they said they would be back the next day. After waiting around all day for them they finally showed up @ 4 and replaced the flange, bolts, and wax ring. This did not fix the leak! I felt around and found that the leak was coming from rusted bolts in the tank. They did come out and replace those at no charge(ha,ha). Their rates are extremely high and I found the problem. They also left metal washers and cigarette butts in my front lawn.
