Last summer, we did end up hiring Albert to fix a leak coming from our bathroom. He seemed very…read morenice on the phone and was very responsive into action. He diagnosed the leak to be coming from the shower pan. As a result, we paid him roughly $11k to completely redo the shower and also remove the shower block windows that appeared to be a secondary leak source discovered after. As we were dealing with the issue remotely, he sent plenty of progress photos and cleaned up after the project well. The problem initially seemed fixed. Unfortunately, the identical leak started again within a year, and we scheduled a date for him to check on the shower but he never made it. We rescheduled for another date but he also failed to show up for that and has ignored our messages to remediate the issue. The problem was either misdiagnosed or incorrectly remediated. Either way, we will have to find another contractor to fix what Albert didn't. Two stars rather than one as he was very pleasant and responsive during the initial project.

They called 30 min prior to the appt time to confirm and arrived on time. Every person I saw was in a clean uniform and presented themselves in a professional manner. They don't charge a service fee to "diagnose" the problem and the final bill was very fair/resonable...especially for a family on a budget. They finished the job very quickly and didn't try to sell me on additional services i didn't ask for. I am very glad I chose H2O for my problem and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing concerns.

This was a pain in the ass job and these two guys handled it like pros in no time, with smiles on their faces...then pointed out that I had two pecan trees in my backyard, which I was unaware of. No fixes, and if it was fixed, it was fixed for maybe a day then BOOM! it no work again. They offer 24/7 emergency service ONLY ONLY ONLY if you haven't called them a million times before after not fixing it. Once they see you've called more than a few times, after giving the address and name, they will not answer calls, texts, or emails back. They charged my in laws 25,000 for a new unit where it was a supposed SPECTACULAR AND UP TO PAR BY FAR unit and yet, once a week, we've had to call and tell them it's broken again. They have technician crews who WILL rip holes into your air ducts system, so when you need that cold air the most, all you have to do is walk up the attic and it'll be at-least 40 degrees in it while the rest of the house is at-least 90 degrees. But don't worry! They will not tell you about the rip or try and replace it at that moment. Professional scam artists, absolute liars, and lazy LAZY workers, extremely toxic and selfish as well. We will be filing with the BBB and state attorney over this "company". For the love of god, I beg of you, ONCE YOU SEE THAT 2 point whatever star rating DO NOT CALL OR YOULL BE IN THE SAME BOAT AS ME AND MY FAMILY!! And now we get to spend the night in a hotel! YAY!
