But only one call to Mr Electric and he came out right away. Bye the way only two electrician returned my call, out of the 5 I call and left message with, and that was 4 and 5 days after Mr Electric had already fixed the problem. So please don't be afraid to seek help from a company other than Statesboro. Yes Mr Electric is in the Statesboro work area. I really expected there to be a long wait for an appointment but he was scheduled within days and was able to quote and complete the job same day. I needed a 20 amp dedicated circuit for a home based 15 needle embroidery machine and really didn't want to pay an electrical so got some "advice" and concluded we could put a 20 amp circuit in place of the 15 amp. Three months in, I noticed that my lights were flickering in the home office whenever I fired up the machine or plugged an iron in. I did a quick internet search for possible reasons and quickly determined that I likely had a fire risk so I went to my trusted Yelp to find an electrician. Sure enough my hunch was right. We had Help!! put in a true dedicated 20 amp. No more flickering. While we had him we decided that lightening strikes near the house were too close for comfort and we have way too many electronics and energy electric car plugged in so we had him install a whole house surge protector. Very reasonable. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

I am writing this in November, and the weather has started getting really cold. When I called Hagan…read moreon a Thursday morning, it was in the 50s inside my house because my heater wasn't heating. Within an hour, Lowell Hagan was in my yard checking to see what was wrong. He found out my compressor had gone bad and burned out the ground (or something like that - I'm not very mechanically-minded) and needed replacing, gave me a price, and ordered the unit I needed immediately. Friday morning, when I got up, two of his employees were already on the job. My old unit was on their truck, the new one was being hooked up, and before I even finished having breakfast and got ready for work, it was heating up my house! 24 hours from placing the initial call, the problem was solved, and it was all done promptly, courteously, and efficiently. Awesome job, gentlemen... as usual.

I like how they used a Harley Rake on another piece of equipment to spread the dirt out evenly over the yard. Most important, is that it is a legal drain field in that the health department was involved as well as the utilities and the state approved drain field supplies at the proper length and depth as opposed to "bootleg" which will cost you a $5,000 fine if caught by going with the lowest bids!
