I'm currently TDY on the time of this review…read more But I want to express some frustration by the lack of communication here. I feel like I've been straight forward and respectful of their time. But some communication and transparency would go a long way. I messaged here on July 19th asking for a service for this week of July 27 and another on the week of august 10th. They replied saying "I can get that on my schedule now". Normally, they swing by around Tuesday. so I asked someone to go check, later in the evening, to see if the lawn gets done but it wasn't. No issue with that. Sent another follow up message on yelp asking them to message me when they're on the way. They replied saying Friday which I agreed would be fine. Saturday now rolls around and nothing. Frustration aside, I think what they do well, is that they were quick to respond when asking for a quote on yelp. As well as actually providing lawn care but this lack of communication/transparency is both frustrating and disappointing.

A neighbor next door complained to me that some branches were falling in her yard so I called Bartlett and they were out within an hour to remove them from the tall oak. The costs have always been fair and the work is top notch! They have the utmost respect for each other and their customers. We were amazed after the hurricane that Miller Rambo came to our house on Sunday afternoon to check on us and let us know that they would be here quickly to remove the giant oak from our driveway so that we could leave our house Sure enough they showed up today, Tuesday and the oak is cleared to the side.of the driveway. They were polite, but of the five days they were scheduled to work they only showed up 3 of the 5…read moredays and only worked a few hours on two of those days. They were late every single day. The work was not completed on the 5th day as promised so we scheduled for them to be here on Saturday at 9AM sharp to complete work; they again texted that they were going to be late. They had no consideration for my time and the work was subpar. After the last text that they were going to be late on Saturday I told them they were no longer needed. I am now going to hire someone else to complete/fix their work.
