Chris handled the process of getting with my insurance and actually having the roof installed and obtaining the rest of the funds to pay for the roof. Everything Chris said he would do, he did. The roofers who installed the roof on my house were extremely professional. They placed tarps all around the house to protect the shrubbery and catch falling nails. Extra care was made to clean up extra debris. If you need a roof, I highly recommend Roof US. This company will do what they say they're going to do and they will do it when they say they are going to. They were very professional. It was definitely a good experience.

Mr.Bentley stated that after the rain ends,he would come back to collect his pay because he wanted me to understand that their customer service, customer satisfaction, and company name and reputation was more important to them.To my surprise, they were very nice,respectful,very professional and informative.Its been almost 5 years ago since that time and my roof is still not leaking.All I can say is I witnessed Bentley&Son's working in heavy rain for almost 3 hours and they never stopped until it was determined that the roof leak was situated.Their Motto is that they will handle all customers roof situations 1 @ a time and that was exactly what they did for me.I would recommend Bentley&Son's to anyone who is experiencing a similar situation,In addition,their labor cost was apprehensively very affordable and the reason for the price was even explained to me as a bonus for choosing their company. Insurance did NOT cover all of it. I came out of pocket for that additional SEVERAL thousand. They tried to gaslight me into thinking otherwise. Just be prepared when dealing with anyone during a crisis. Companies will take advantage of you and then you pay way more than you thought. It wasn't about not understanding insurance for this. A simple call telling me would have been nice to let me know before hand. And from talking to others and one person here, it seems to be the trend for this company.
