I explained that I only received a partial payment from insurance but I did have cost replacement coverage. Chris handled the process of getting with my insurance and actually having the roof installed and obtaining the rest of the funds to pay for the roof. Everything Chris said he would do, he did. The roofers who installed the roof on my house were extremely professional. They placed tarps all around the house to protect the shrubbery and catch falling nails. Extra care was made to clean up extra debris. If you need a roof, I highly recommend Roof US. This company will do what they say they're going to do and they will do it when they say they are going to. They were very professional. It was definitely a good experience.

Yesterday afternoon, another salesman showed up, and I told him once again and I pointed out the sign. Each representative indicates they will tell their manager to take my home off their list, but nothing changes. I am at my wits end. I have written a Do Not Treapass letter to the local Augusta office and have video of yesterday's interaction and will be using it to support a trespassing charge on this company the next time one of them shows up. Since there is no Zero Star choice, I'm leaving 1.
