I explained that I only received a partial payment from insurance but I did have cost replacement coverage. Chris handled the process of getting with my insurance and actually having the roof installed and obtaining the rest of the funds to pay for the roof. Everything Chris said he would do, he did. This company will do what they say they're going to do and they will do it when they say they are going to. They were very professional. It was definitely a good experience.
