I hardly leave reviews but I just really hope this gets the attention of the business. Ona good note, my nails came out really pretty. Loved the length and how they looked however.. The experience was not a really good one. I won't say who did my nails but I went 2 weeks ago on a Thursday evening and had done a full set in 30 mins.. I'm not one who gets acrylics often so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they're just so good at their job they're fast and efficient? I found out that's not the case.. it's been two weeks and all my nails have fallen off. The first one fell off after only a week. During the visit she did them so fast she just quickly brushed the powder off my hands and never had me wash them until I had asked if I could at the end of the appointment. Another small point is when I looked close at the nails they were sorta slanted. It was unnoticeable to others and I wouldn't have made a bad review if that was the only problem but the fact it's been only two weeks and they haven't lasted really bums me out. I wouldn't go back simply because there are just so many nail salons in the area I'd rather just move on and find somewhere else. I hope they read this and spend a little more time and attention to detail on their clients! read more

You know - the one who knows you're only there to see her and the one that everyone at the salon knows you're there for. My girl is Wendy. Last year, when I had an allergic reaction and my hands started peeling, Wendy took to my nails like a pro and I'm still really only going for her. Impressed!!! My husband and I came for pedicures. Hally did my pedicure & my acrylic fill. We changed the shape to a subtle coffin shape and put glitter on 2 of my nails on each hand. They look great! Linda did my husband's pedicure and he said he really liked her work. Cu is Kevin's brother...they are both so nice and welcoming. The nail salon has a great inviting vibe. Ive been coming here for years not consistently but this used ro be my go to salon. I just recently went here this past Sunday me and my boyfriend for a medi pedi... they asked me of I wanted Gel I declined because for one on more than one occasion Ive spent basically $130 for my feet and hands to have gel and they always express how it last much longer .. however mines would start lofting after about almost a week. This time I chose traditional basic acrylic for hands and I wanted acrylic big toes... the nail tech himself was having issues with bad polish and the nail tech who was working on my feet was basically trying to force a Gel x toe nail on my big toes (never had an issue with them placing before) and ot made my big toes look wider plus the polish had bubbles my hand after he was finished and told me to wait for them to dry I expresses to him that the nail polish was thick I did touch it because i thought maybe Im crazy but no and then he had polish on my fingers when I showed him he instantly told me it was my fault I then told him my toe nails looks the same and when he looked down he then proceeded to say this is why I hate working with regular polish... SORRY FOR THE LONG POST SO TO FAST FORWARD when ai presented the issue to whom I assume is the owner its like he caught an attitude and basically threw $10 dollars down and walked away from me without hearing me fully, and ot just made me feel as if he treated me like I was causing a problem when on more than one occasion I could have complained but I chose not to being the fact this is a place I once loved coming to but after that service I am unsure of return. read more

This place has been open for a while now but I just recently went here to have my eyebrows waxed and I get manicure, full set. The lady who helped me was Cindy and I was blown away her work. My nails were flawless and my eyebrows have never looked better. She was not only meticulous but she was also fast, which is a rare combination. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but it's more like 3.5 rounded up to 4 for their service. I had a 10:30am appointment for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. When I arrived they had a full house with other customers waiting. I didn't get seated for another 15-20 minutes. No big deal. I expected this. I wanted to do marble (extra $20 if I wanted a full set) but was told I would have to wait for a specific person who's was capable of doing it since it's difficult. I appreciated the warning, plus the fact that they would get a tech who actually knew how to do it oppose to a new person who would be trying to figure it out. I passed as I didn't really want to wait. I decided to do cat eyes (extra $8). The technician who did my spa pedicure with French tip ($32) was really nice. Her work was sjist a tad bit sloppy as I notice I have nail polish all over my toes. Not a HUGEE big deal as I can't see far away and ain't nobody be looking at my feet. Plus at the end as I was waiting to dry my toes, I messed up my big toe :( she was gracious enough to stop working on her current customer to fix my toe for me. So thank you! I felt so bad about it since I'm taking away time from another customer. Now for my manicure. The technician didn't exactly know how to do cat eyes. I've had it done before and I know there's two color costs to use with the magnet. She only had the burgundy nail polish. It was coming up super light and not like the sample I showed her. She also seemed to be rushing through my nails. She was trying to use the magnet after two coats but the effect wasn't working. She had to stop and go to two other technician to ask for help. So kept putting on more coats, and nothing. Mind you this is maybe the 4th coat. It wasn't until she had to ask a third person to come and show her and turns out the magnet she had wasn't working and they had to get another kind. The color coat was super light than I wanted and I asked is it going to be darker? I want it like the sample. The technician who came to help said yes. She'll add the black coat for you and the burgundy will pop out. It wasn't until then that my technician realized she was doing it wrong.. instead of removing all my multiple layers I already had, she painted it over with the black THEN the burgundy (again) for the cat eye effect. It finally started to come out the way it was supposed to. So with like 2-4 layers of the burgundy then 2 more layers of the black WITH the burgundy, for the cat eye effect, she finally got it right. The color came out great, but her work came out sloppy looking. Some of my nail shape is funky and my nails week lumpy for the excess amount of layers. I also ended up messing up my thumb at the end and she had to clean it up (sorry! Im usually really not that bad like this). Overall - Their service here is nice. They have a lot of technicians to keep the flow. With my nail mess up and the technician rushing.. I was in there for about an hour. The gentleman & young girl up front are nice and efficient. I noticed no one was wearing name tags here so I didn't catch any names. My only thing would probably to request for the same technician not work on me next time.. I would've preferred to sit there longer and her do a clean job then to rush and come out sloppy. Would come back to try a different design with a different technician. At the end I spent $32 for a spa callus French tip pedicure and $35 for my cat eye gel polish. Prices are very reasonable here! read more

I came in around 1:30 ish in the afternoon today. The lady I had was Yvone. Mind you that I come often and never had bad experiences. Even if somethings dont turn out right I ask nicely to have it changed and they always accommodate to what is asked. I asked for a full set and to see some designs. I had set aside what I wanted which were flowers and some iridescent foil paper things. Already as she was glueing the tip extensions they were crooked. I had asked for stiletto and she said how pointy and I said sharp. As she was trimming she never checked if my nails were even in length at all. While filing the tips it had already popped off so she had to glue another one. She proceeded to add the acrylic powder on and never in my life had seen someone use their fingers to shape it around the tips. I didnt say anything cause maybe that was just her method. It was really horrible and it resulted to having acrylic goo underneath my nails. When she was filing she got the shape completely wrong. I kept asking I want it sharp. She filed my nail all the way to the actual nail bed. It was basically a skinny coffin. I showed to her what stiletto actually looked like and she complained that I shouldve shown her a picture. As a nail tech she shouldve known what the different shapes are. She added more acrylic and it was already so thick and hoping she would grind it down. It felt like she was rushing EVERYTHING. I was already so mad but I didnt want to make a scene. Even with the painting of gel on my nails she was super reckless. After all that was done she then tells me the flowers go underneath the acrylic. So I couldnt get that. I had spent 52$ on my nails to have it look like trash. Never going back. read more

Went back for a gel polish change due to great first experience. The tech was friendly, but used a broken curing light and between a combination of the light stand collapsing repeatedly on my hand during curing and my inability to place my hand in the correct positioning, there were issues with the hardening and she had to fix several things. I was trying not to touch the inside of the light with my nails and she wanted me to put my hand inside in a way that I didn't seem to understand. As a result, I'm patient, but the edges were not clean this time and it took much longer than usual. Minus a star from previous but then... ...Great things I observed: business lead was doing his thing, assisting staff and customers with excellence and high multi tasking. He had a wedding family in with two small boys and exhibited care and patience. I also saw him walk an elderly woman with a walker to the correct hair cutting business as she mistakenly entered not just verbally explaining but going with her. The staff seemed lovely and also had their usuals in there! I went in with my sister in law and we both got gel pedicure. It was a good experience. The woman had put gel on and started to pick at my cuticles. She accidentally took too much that the gel was picked off. I was bummed but she offered to fix it. Sadly I was in a hurry. It takes one terrible experience to never have a return client. UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT OF CLIENT. Disclaimer: I never got names of the nails techs so I will be using outfit descriptions in this review. This is for a 4:30PM pedicure appointment I had on 9/2/22 with a nail tech who was wearing a Grey Tee and black sweat pants. I had chosen two oranges to match with a dress I was going to wear to a wedding, and she swatched both colors- and I pick up the darker orange out of the two. Grey Tee proceeds with my requested basic pedicure. After seeing the color on two nails, I REPEAT, only TWO nails, I decided I didn't like the color against my skin tone. I asked her it was okay if I can change my color because I wanted to match with my dress. I pull out my phone to show the dress and get an opinion. And neighboring tech leans over to take a look and Grey Tee says "Don't listen to this girl, she's nhieu chuyen". This loosely translates to "she's a lot of problems". EXCUSE ME?! How rude!!!!!! Especially to say in front of a client!!!!! Okay then, fine. I say, "Fine. I don't want to be a problem, so keep it the orange." She then proceeds to GASLIGHT ME, telling me that I didn't understand what I was saying. Ummmm, how can I not understand when you literally talked shit about me, not even 2 feet away from face. The upsetting part is I asked nicely and I'm pretty sure as a paying client I can request for a color switch after only two nails were painted!! It wasn't like she painted all ten of my toes. I don't appreciate being talked shit about, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They get a star because this place has excellent communication for appointments and another young and kind nail tech (who was decked out in a full Gucci top and headband this day) was kind enough to give a good opinion on a replacement color that would go well with my dress. She knew I was leaning more towards a non-pastel color and a darker red to match. Which, btw, Grey Tee came back with two reds and said the one I picked was 'ugly' and to use this 'other' red. Luckily Gucci Girl stepped in and said no, the darker red will match better and just do three coats. Over all, such a incredibly horrible experience with Grey Tee and NOT something I would wish on anyone to go through at a nail salon. read more

I went into H2O nails salon today and I was lucky enough to have a girl named Cinda do my nails. I used to go in and have Maggie do my nails and she is absolutely amazing as well I. I was given a certificate as a gift to go to another salon and I ended up staying there, creature of habit I guess.Anyway Cinda was amazing my nails are shaped perfectly my cuticles were groomed with no pain. I've been coming here on and off for YEARS! I have always gotten full sets. Just recently did I let my natural nails grow. Once my nails were a decent length, I was recommended by a gf to get dip powder instead of gel. I went in, without an appointment. I asked for a manicure but wanted dip powder. Never done powder, I don't know what to expect. Tech started doing dip. She then asked if I wanted my cuticles trimmed. I asked "isn't that what a traditional mani consist of?" And she said " we do not offer dip with mani!l". I did not expect free dip! I know damn well it would be extra. She then asked me is I wanted my cuticles trimmed. Which I answered "yes! That's a manicure!" And she proceeded with "that will be $7 more!" Which I don't care about the price but don't charge $50 for a "regular" manicure and then be an ass about it. When it came to pay, I gave her my credit card. She gave me my receipt and I said " there's no place for me to give you. Right away she pulls out her phone and said " If not cash it has to be Venmo, Zelle or cash app!" She legit had her QR codes ready for me so I can tip her. I tipped her because I felt sorry for them. Her pedicures are fantastic with the best massage to relax you. She doesn't make you feel rushed. To top it off, her nail treatments are just as fantastic.
