H2 gets the job done! Every spring, each and every year, we get ants in the house. And it is always a sneak attack regarding where they are going to infiltrate. Last year, we hired a different company as we had in the past with so-so results. One day (after being treated by other company) we had a swarm of either flying ants or termites! We called H2 and they immediately came out to check. Sure enough they were flying ants, phew! Gus was up front and honest about it, he even went into telling us the difference and why they were out at that time etc. We hired him for another treatment and this was the first time we were able to go over a year without a treatment! And no ants in the house during that time. And it has been incredibly hot and humid. We just had another treatment and feel confident that we will not have any problems with ants. My apartment was having a mouse problem. Needless to say my family and I panicked! After many calls with multiple exterminating companies of which I found online, I decided to use H2 Enviornmental Pest Management. Johnny was very detailed in the work he performed and even cleaned up after the job was completed. He searched behind stoves, refrigerator, closets, wooden floor cracks and found so many gaps. I never leave reviews but had to this time because Gus provided amazing service. I contacted them after receiving a quote from Terminex. They said I had termites and needed to get treatment. After getting quoted for about $2000 of treatment I contacted Gus for a second opinion. Gus came in and inspected my house and garage. He said that it looked like there was no termite activity and we had old activity in our garage. He said we didn't need treatment but could get a preventative treatment. This place is top notch. From the beginning with Rosa picking up the phone and being so kind and reassuring. I worked with Lou who helped treat my room for bedbugs. He heat treated and sprayed and was explaining every step along the way. When I needed follow up treatment the team came ASAP and we're very prompt and professional. This company knows what there doing my sister building was Infested with bedbugs and he's been treating for it and found the problem one apartment was so bad and he told them before what needed to be done so that his job was affective alll other apartments were cleaned of bedevils and after a few months they head bedbugs again until he saw the apartment that started the Epidemic and wonder why nonething he said to do was done like throwing the bed and couch out and once they followed the exterminator advice and threw everything out and let them do there work after that building was bedbug free read more

Really impressed with their response time, and professionalism. Within 14 hrs/three email correspondences/ Johnny came over for an inspection, and confirmed that what I thought to be an issue was nothing to worry about at all! The company and the workers Rob and John were extremely helpful and easy to work with. The company came right away.They came over the weekend and multiple times to check in on the traps they had set and spent time removing the raccoons (they were very gentle with the animals) from the space they were in , along with cleaning the space that they were in with disinfectant and offered solutions to fix the problem.
