The owner went above and beyond to understand the cleaning code, get the best products to use, and forming the best strategy to balance risk management but improving the state of the chairs. My daughter informed me the man was next to the car window of my daughter's car loudly talking very hastily about the living situation and the contents of the house. Multiple times complaining about the state of my friend who was with me and her disabled veteran husband.
