I researched them online as well and found nothing but rave reviews. It was clear I hired the right company after my first conversation with Jim. His passion for doing quality work really stands out. He doesn't cut corners and uses the most durable materials. On to the work... I was not disappointed one bit. They were incredibly thorough. Teran even pointed out several simple solutions for issues we've had since we moved here back in '09 and just kinda "forgot" about. These simple little changes made all the difference in the world. Everything looks amazing. Even months after the job was finished, I have complete strangers stop in front of my house and compliment on how beautiful everything looks. One last thing, Jim is also not done with you once the job is done. He makes sure you are happy and also ensures you take good care of the concrete and stays on you about following the regular maintenance. Teran is definitely your team if you want good honest work!

Jim gave me a very fair price for the work, and his team did outstanding work! They tore out the old sidewalk and gutter drains, regraded and fixed the base under the sidewalk, replace the underground drains, and repoured the sidewalk. The end result looks fantastic! I called this company on a Monday to have some work done on my chimney and talked to a guy named…read moreRob over the phone who set the appointment for a Thursday at 10am. I took off work to be home so that they could come and at least diagnose and quote me the price to update my chimney as well as do a chimney sweep. 10 am came and went and no phone call. Finally, about 45 minutes later, I called and was informed by Rob, who I then found out was the owner - that they were going to be late and needed another hour. Annoying. Unprofessional. But ok, I didn't say anything and just said Id be waiting. When they arrived, I was expecting to see these guys use some type of professional commercial equipment to not only sweep the chimney but to assess, diagnose, and document any potential issues within the chimney flue. This company's high tech method was (without any personal protection equipment for his worker) manually dragged a brush up and down the chimney (very uneven and ineffective way to clean a chimney) and used a flashlight to look up the flue (the home is 3 stories and there is no way that the guy was able to see details that far below, nor from the rooftop either...) I decided to ask if they were even licensed, bonded, and insured, as any owner in his right mind having employees scale multiple story homes would have, but no... not only that, but when these guys were on the roof, they had ZERO HARNESSES, zero safety equipment... you want to talk about having a liability work on your home... wow... this guy should be reported to the better business bureau and the attorney generals office on top of OSHA. Absolutely ridiculous and probably even illegal work practices. I'm sure none of his employees get a W2 also, if you know what I mean. I could report this guy to so many agencies its not even funny but I don't think Ill take it that far. Do yourself a favor, if you don't want to get sucked into some legal BS from something happening whilst having your home worked on, go with someone that is legit all around. Certified and licensed that actually cares about the safety of his employees.

Also--we had damage to the concrete about the size of a football. Miguel came out to our house, repaired the rather large divot of concrete. After letting the divot dry and cure--Miguel was back to power washing the concrete. Miguel returned later that day to seal the concrete with a concrete sealant that left a beautiful sheen on the surface. Miguel did a beautiful job! Miguel was great to work with!
