I had Jeremiah from all rite paving come out in give me a quote at a rental commercial property I own in Chicago land area, I am from Indianapolis so I couldn't meet him at the property as I wanted to. He gave me a quote and emailed it to me and explained it over the phone. I got 2 other quotes from local paving contractors all rite was a lil higher but he covered all the bases and explained to me he would make sure the job was a excellent parking lot. His crew showed up one afternoon and got everything prepped and cleaned, the next morning they were paving and over half way done when I arrived at 11 am. I was impressed how the whole crew worked together and made sure everything was cleaned up to a T. Jeremiah checked back on the crew a few times and everything he said he would do he did they didn't cut any corners, and to me it's better to pay a lil more and get this kind of service. I give them 5 stars! Owner followed up immediately in response for quote request. Gave me location of completed job, and up-coming job for me to see quality of work. Had full 6 man crew for both removal and repaving. Owner was on-site for parts of removal and ALL of new paving. Answered all questions and gave me a good sense of his and his men's experience and expertise. Prep work was done quickly and with great attention to detail. Very tidy crew. Paving was done with great care and attention to detail. Slope was improved such that virtually all water on driveway now drains in a Southwest direction as was desired. Very impressed with the friendliness of both Owner and his people. We watched the entire paving and were very satisfied with the quality of the work done. Owner has maintained his crew for many years, one going back to the early 90's. Cost ($3.20/Sq.Ft. for removal and new 3" thick asphalt) was modest when we look at the job as completed. Would highly recommend this company for your asphalt paving needs. read more

You just don't meet many contractors that give you a fair price, and provide an exceptional work product as Jeremiah Stanley. He quoted me a price two months ago to have my home driveway resurfaced, and while the weather didn't always cooperate, he always stayed in touch, and let me know exactly what the time line would be to complete my project. He was there during the entire process, and he and his crew did a meticulous job edging along walkways, lawn, garden, and my very expensive front stonework. If you have a worn driveway that is cracked, pitted, and has depressions in various spots, call this guy. Don't let other contractors make you believe they have to dig the entire project up. Jeremiah provided a prompt quote, then his team did a wonderful job removing the old pavement--including some more difficult than expected concrete sections. The new driveway was thicker and neater than the original one. He provided oversight to the project and explained the various steps to me. We have a large asphalt driveway - about 2500 sq ft. It was old, had been resealed many times - looked worse every year. Got several quotes. Jeremiah from Allrite had good price, and explained what and how he would replace our driveway much better than anyone else. Showed up with trucks, equipment, large crew, completed it in 7 hours. Jeremiah gave us the lowest of 3 bids to remove and replace 2 inches of ashphalt. But when they tried to remove 2 inches and the lower layer started to break up and the village required complete removal we were at his mercy, price wise.
