Do not let these people start work on your property! I was told by the owner Mike Lee that it that would be no problem to replace our shared driveway. He would remove the old surface and let it sit for two weeks and come back to repave it. That was 5/17/26 After six weeks of excuses about how much rain we had, (2 days out of 42) we finally got our driveway replaced. The biggest problem is they couldn't get the pitch right and now it drains onto my neighbor's patio and into his window well. I don't have enough space to explain in detail all the other quality of work issues that we had with them! We wished we used Happy or Shamblin paving instead, who were willing to finish when these clowns left us hanging with virtually zero communication whatsoever. My driveway has never looked better as our initial builder had not lined up the apron portion well and the angle was off coming from garage to street. Pro Blacktop resurfaced my driveway in the summer. Mike specifically told me to call them back in the fall and they would do the first sealcoat free of charge with a commercial grade oil based sealer. I called them back out in the fall and a different guy came out and told me that is not the case and said it's $180 more. I guess I should have got it in writing. read more

My driveway is just over a year old now. Mike must have taken the afternoon off when the work was done because it has the symptoms of no supervision. There is a rough appearance and loose aggregate flaking off the surface, which I presume are due to inadequate rolling; a long deep crack at the edge of the driveway which Mike blamed on a "soft spot" (contractor was responsible for supplying stone, compacting and preparing sub-surface); and general disregard for driveway dimensions (most notably, a clearly visible 4" diameter sprinkler head was paved over). The last issue was fixed -- someone came out and chiseled the sprinkler head free -- but Mike suggested the other issues are mine to deal with and could be corrected at my expense. Absolute rubbish. My original driveway lasted 29 years, I'll be surprised if this new one lasts 10. read more
