He would remove the old surface and let it sit for two weeks and come back to repave it. That was 5/17/26 After six weeks of excuses about how much rain we had, (2 days out of 42) we finally got our driveway replaced. The biggest problem is they couldn't get the pitch right and now it drains onto my neighbor's patio and into his window well. I don't have enough space to explain in detail all the other quality of work issues that we had with them! We wished we used Happy or Shamblin paving instead, who were willing to finish when these clowns left us hanging with virtually zero communication whatsoever. We had to call him every single time to figure out when we could expect him to come back.

I received a text this morning saying I need to pay or else a $25 late fee would be attached. I called them got someone named Linda, who was for lack of better terminology, very courteous, rude, snippy, Kurt, and snotty. I don't feel I deserve this kind of behavior as all I especially when I had six times on Friday with no answer and no response to my text. She really got unprofessional and snotty with me. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but she really needs some coaching on how to speak to customers any time I've called delightful, but this Linda person not so much. Had someone questions on Friday when I texted and called six times then I would've paid immediately once my questions were answered. I don't feel as though I deserved a text message saying I was get a fee if I didn't pay.

Amazingly, the sun came out when they showed up. 2) They took a weedwacker to the edges of the driveway so they could seal coat the edges properly.
