The bathroom in its original state featured a gigantic step-in jacuzzi tub, skylights with pull-down shades, a sloping ceiling, and an odd heating duct jutting out of the tub's base (not to mention the dreadful late-80's tile, vanity and fixtures). We hired Delta Star Group Inc. to take on the project for a number of reasons: - They came highly recommended from a number of our friends in the Chicago area. - Even during our very first meeting, they came prepared with a portfolio of their work, and took detailed measurements of every single nook & cranny. - Their pricing was extremely fair and the quote was neatly organized, with each line item having it's own explanation and corresponding charge. - The Delta Star representative went with us to pick out every detail of the bathroom from the tile to the fixtures (now who really does that these days?) and called us every other day to walk us through every step of the process, which impressed us greatly. The entire bathroom renovation took only about 4 weeks. During this time, we were particularly impressed with the level of attention to detail Delta Star put into every aspect of the bathroom. We had originally wanted an invisible drain installed, but crossed it off our list due to the additional $800 it would have added to our budget. Delta Star built us a custom made one FREE OF CHARGE, and it looked amazing. Wow.
