He is the first person I call when I need help with demolition work and anything related to deep cleaning. Anthony is very honest and does a great job. He also runs a tight ship and brings great guys with him to work sites. I also ask him for recommendations for contractors for jobs he can't take or doesn't cover. For the HVAC cleaning, Anthony has a vacuum that goes into each duct line, rather than just hooking up a large vacuum near the air mover. It is a little more expensive, but it is the only way to really get your ducts clean. Don't waste your money on the cheaper version. For the wall demolition, I had a dead animal in my walls that I had to remove. Anthony was careful to put up plastic in the kitchens to protect anything that might get germed by the dead animal rot. Can't recommend C&F Home Cleaning enough! Anthony is one of my go-to guys.

Started ok - based on good reviews here and a decent quote we hired Jose and his crew. Took about a…read moreweek and a half longer than initially promised (so, twice the time) but we understand when issues come up. Over and over I'd have to point out items - and initially he'd say it would cost more but each time I'd either go back to the contract and point out it was an area he was already contracted to do, or it was a repair they needed to make based on their own work. A copper pipe and a window original to our 1880 house were broken, I had to fight to get them to repair/replace once I noticed - the window they deemed "trash" to begin with even though it was in a protected area -?! By the end we were begging them to just finish the job so we could get the other work that was being held up started. Then after we had the whole 2nd floor painted, we noticed major issues - tape seams and screw heads visible everywhere. We called in other companies and all said what we feared - the final coat was never done. I brought Jose in to see and he said no one ever had an issue with their work, this was how they did it. He did admit it looked bad. We brought in another company to figure out what needed to be done and where: EVERY WALL/CEILING had to be skim coated, we were shown in both pictures and in person. We paid thousands to have their bad job repaired almost everywhere they worked in the house and then even more to have the whole second floor repainted. We lost a ton of $, weeks on the job and so far at least one contractor due to the schedule being pushed off yet even further. We offered a solution, Jose takes no responsibility other than that he would've done some of this for free "under our warranty" - when he says this is how they always do it?! No thanks. We are speaking to lawyers. Save yourself the time, money and headache - hire elsewhere!!!!
