This place has a great variety of so many different products. It is very well laid out and the pricing is great. The employee are helpful and it is always very clean. We were also surprised at how well they kept everything so well stocked during Hurricane Harvey. If you are a coffee fan, you have to try their Houston Blend. So good. I am so disappointed in the delivery operations at this location. I received rotten organic fruit on my last delivery and it was pretty expensive! The 2nd time my order was 1-2 hours late. Yep, I'm a big fan of this grocery store! The produce is very good and very reasonably priced. The meats and seafood are great. Customer service is outstanding! They have great selections of..well..everything. I get my Julio's salsa here. (best salsa on earth, find it in the refrigerated section,,please leave some for me.) It has a huge parking lot, but I came on a late Sunday afternoon to shop a few weeks ago and literally could not find a place to park, it was that packed. Now I go there less often. It's always busy. our family come shopping here almost every week because it close in our neighborhood. i like visiting their beauty, vitamin, lotion, vitamins and produce. however their pricing scanning are not accurate. i purchased 32 oz of organic vanilla stoneyfield yogurt. the tag say $3.15 but it rang up $3.50. when i confront the customer service cashier she stated that is the price for people who use WIC. what a joke. i told her then heb needs to put the real price tag there. read more

There were only 2 checkers open but they opened another lane. But the new checker does not even try to go get the person who has been waiting in line the longest from one of the 2 lines, he just lets the newest person who just joined the line be his first customer. HEB used to train their employees well. Used to. Doesn't seem like any one at HEB cares any more. The main reason i go here at night is because i feel safe in the parking lot. The grocery stores that are located close to where i live are great places to get held up. Even with HEB deficiencies it is worth my time and aggregation due to feeling safer. And if i need gasoline i can do that in the same trip without getting car jacked, etc. read more

I will never go to the stores across the street again! This store is set up so intuitively. Yesterday I walked in wanting body wash, face wash, and eye make up remover. All three were in the same aisle! That would have never happened at the store across the road (ahem - those three items are half way across the store from another there, IF they even carry them). So they're reliable and well stocked - how refreshing! I also love the fresh orange juicer and the ready-made food too. I've tried the pimento, mac & cheese, and green chile mac & cheese - and all three have been delicious. Also, their beer and wine section is the biggest I've seen in a grocery store. I love this HEB, it's my one stop shop! I come here at least once a week to get groceries and the produce is always so fresh. Even if I don't need anything, I'll tag along when my sister wants to shop because I love walking around HEB. All of their check out lines are open and the staff are always directing you to a line. They are really friendly here and the bathrooms are so clean! HEB is just convenient for me, I even pump my gas and get my car washes here. They have a redbox too. And I never feel dirty when I leave unlike some other stores...cough Walmart cough. It can get kind of crowed around 530 when everyones getting off work and on weekends. read more

Today was my 1st time using the curb side pick up, and let me tell you it is the best experience EVER!! I will never go inside the grocery store again. I placed my order on Saturday night, scheduled my pick up for early Sunday morning. They contacted me to clarify some items on my list and made me aware of substitution of items they didn't have available. There isn't a minimum purchase required for pick up. So what makes this HEB different and better than other grocery store, or even their own other HEBs? Answer is simple: NO GHETTONESS! This HEB is beautiful, the bakery is SUPERB, the entry points are soooo nice especially at night time with fluorescent lighting. The cart guys are always in the parking lot clearing up carts. The staff is super nice and helpful and again they DO NOT HIRE GHETTO people and SLACKERS. They Registers people are sooo nice, always asking about your day and making you smile. BEST OF ALL: They never run out of Stock of anything. I was shocked on how good they did on Thanksgiving. As soon as a shelf got emptied, there was always a guy ready to re-shelf. Prices are UNBEATABLE, and they always have in-store coupons. I pray this HEB stays civilized like this for a long long time because it's just a pleasant shopping here! read more

Clean, huge, and well-priced! Good selection of made in TX items and gifts. Although I'm not yet familiar enough with the aisle layout to get in and out of here quickly, I love the shopping experience here. There are always open registers, and the staff is helpful and polite. Best HEB I've been to in town. Always clean and bright and the few times that I've been when it's busy I still don't mind cause everyone is very courteous. I love that they have a wide variety of coffee since I'm always interested in trying something new and they are usually sampling a particular roast also. HEB location is good, but sometimes HEB's produce is not always beautiful looking. I think people are under the impression that HEB is super cheap but it's really not. It has good deals on its featured items but not so much on everything else although they like to compare themselves to Krogers. They don't double or triple coupons and whenever you use their in store coupons you can not use any manufacturer coupons with it. You can use more coupons at both Kroger and Randalls. I used to love going to grab their ready made sushi but the price has risen from $5-7 dollars a roll to now 9-11 which then makes the price of sushi as high as if you got it at a sushi restaurant to go. I won't be doing that any longer. read more

i purchased two cartons of milk, and found it was leaking all over my grocery bags. I went back and told them and they said to bring the receipt next time. (carton is too messy) I purchased ANOTHER milk and it leaked too! I took the receipt and the manager said he will not honor the receipt since I did not bring the cartons. It is really about the principal and annoyances of receiving leaky cartons of milk. I will NOT be going back to this location. Yay! I am so glad they finally have an HEB right next to my boyfriends house. It is super nice and a lot of yummy food samples. They even started making their own freshly squeezed juice which I am obsessed with. I used to like to eat their already prepared food, but I wish there was more variety now. All in all, It is always great to have such a nice big HEB so close to Sugar Land. The workers here are very sweet and helpful as well. read more

This HEB reminds me of Central Market and the service is unbelievable. The staff sommelier gave Jason and I some very good recommendations. When I couldn't find crumble Gorgonzola in their usual spot, someone went the extra mile to make it for me and I has a fresh little package ready to go in five minutes. I don't care for grocery shopping but I always look forward to go to this HEB. Another perk of living in Sugar Land that makes up for the long commute to work. read more
