Here today! HEB is my store, my good friend only shops at Kroger but Kroger can be a little pricey. With HEB, I can always count on reasonable prices and not having to grocery store hop for sale items. Produce is always fresh, deli items priced low and my all time favorite bakery is plentiful.... Oh yeah they make sushi fresh daily as well. It's crawfish season, so baby get ya some! That brings me to mention their Seafood Department, no fishy smell and seafood appearance is inviting make you want to buy seafood, Many popular grocery stores in Houston just doesn't devote open store hours having employees in that department to keep things organized like HEB, they just don't. They had my favorite apple strudel bites which was freshly made the day of our visit. I always compare other states grocery stores to HEB but I just don't find a comparison. Here today. Burned me again on a meat special. HEB prime is actually more like USDA select, nowhere close to the correct grade. Bought a pack to make shish kebabs , pulled the steaks out and got burned by the old butchers trick, hide the crap on the back. This was 1.5 lbs of trim that was pure waste out of 3.5lb pack. Pretty darn sorry way to do business and this has happened to be multiple times. Bait and switch the meat grade then sell you meat that is hiding tons of trim in the back. 3 stars is due to crawfish. While the store always has product The crawfish the store cooks was not cleaned properly. Not cool at all. My review goes for the pharmacy. I went to pick up my prescription today and Maria helped me did not even greet me. It wasn't busy. I was the only car in the drive thru. So we can't blame it to being busy. I ask her to change my name and she rudely asked me how to spell it after I got my prescription I said, thank you I never heard her say thank you have a good day or whatsoever. And mind you she is chewing a gum totally unprofessional and I've never been treated poorly by the pharmacy crew before. what kind of customer service this pharmacy is practicing. ? I work for Customer Service too and I never act like that even if the Customer was not very nice. Maybe she need some customer service training but the rest assured, I will never come back to the pharmacy again. read more

First time I've ever gone here and had someone be so extremely rude was tonight. Normally, this location doesn't stock a variety of healthy options and more frequently than ever is out of the healthier options they used to at least sometimes stock. Other than that, my main complaint is the people they're hiring. I'm well aware it's harder and harder to find good workers, but tonight was a reminder of why the generation of teens/twenty something guys are so terrible. I'm not sure if it's lack of social skills or improper training, but tonight at 8:15, whoever was working self check out was beyond rude. I almost asked his name just specifically to put him on blast, but I figure if management looks at this, you'll know. I had an issue with the scale where the bags are and waited for him to finish his conversation with another employee. When he saw me and came over I said "hi!" He wouldn't even look at me and when he was finished, I said "thank you!" and he immediately walked away and completely ignored me. Didn't say a single word to me throughout the encounter. I guess it just seems like something I'd want to know if it were someone working with/for me if I were in a customer service based business. It really bothers me. I'm not an old woman who's silly and expects a "yes ma'am", but to be acknowledged would be really nice and at least make you feel like a human being. Ive grown up here in Texas and had HEB since I was a kid, but have always known that heb takes pride in their customer service and people that work for them, but geez the people they're hiring here are seriously lacking. Review 3 of 2018 You can tell that this place is brand new, the place is very clean, very organized, and what I find possibly unique to the other heb stores I've been to is that it is very spacious, including the aisles so there's lots of room to move carts around if someone is in the way shopping for things. One of the biggest pluses of this market is that it is placed near Brazos town center, so for those who live in Rosenberg (including myself at times), rejoice! There is no longer a need to drive all the way to Aliana heb market in greatwood to get groceries from heb!! Hooray! Looking forward to coming here for months to come. This is a smaller version of the great Post Oak location. The store is kept clean always. Stock can run low at times ie. I have to say I do love this H-E-B out of most in Houston area. Love how it is spacious and a stand alone store. The employees are friendly and work fairly quickly. My only issue is the person who takes the orders at the bakery. She should not be In charge of communicating with anyone and needs more training. The pharmacy is fairly quick and curbside is fast and gets orders done correctly. I hope they don't ever build stores right next to it because I like that the parking lot isn't chaotic like most H-E-B stores. read more

Came here before 10 PM to buy some grocery and to rent a movie. they closed the door where the Red Box is, so we went and asked one of the employee if there is a way to get in there. The employee said yes and told us to go from the outside but walk all the way through the shopping carts to get in. He said that the machine is working, but After we walked all the way to the redbox, the machine was turned off. Giving us invalid information and wasting our time. I can't really think of one thing the store could do better. I haven't checked the restroom facilities, as that is usually a make or break for a large establishment like this. But the store did a great job at laying everything out. Everything is easy to find. The checkout experience has been very quick each time I've visited. Everything was built nicely. Been going to HEB for a while now but have never used there pharmacy before. Sat Night my wife left the ER with prescriptions and Sunday Morning I arrived to fill them. Having no insurance I was braced for the worst. I was relived when the cashier(cannot remember her name but she was nice and pleasant) told me both scripts would be 4$ each!(generic). Also the pharmacist Sam was friendly and took the time to answer any questions. To boot on A Sunday Morning just a 15 minute wait! This is now the only pharmacy I will go to for my family! read more

This HEB always has what I need. The service is always fast and there are never any long lines at the registers. They frequently do free tastings around the store (I know Monday afternoons for sure). I love how everything is usually fully stocked. For example, there is a certain makeup product that is frequently gone at other stores but they always have it in stock here! Can never deny HEB's competitive pricing. This location isn't that big but it's big enough to find the staples. They have a pretty good selection of produce. We usually come here for organic produce because it's so much cheaper than Whole Foods. The layout is familiar just like many others. It's nice to have another grocery store option besides Kroger. read more

I fell in love with a wine called Astoria while in Wimberley and I was thrilled to see on the website HEB carried it. However when I came in to the store I was told it is only carried seasonally. The rep in the wine section recommended a wine called Paulina based on what I was looking for and he was spot on! It's my new fave and always in stock. I am a happy customer! read more

Absolutely love this HEB! It's very nice and everyone is super friendly! I discovered they have these things called meal simple and they are just a life saver. My problem with meal prep is I hate having to microwave my food by Wednesday so having the option for these meal in a toaster oven or oven in less than 20 min is astounding for me! The food is actually good quality! What makes this so much better is the workers who make this all possible. Joshlyn (I don't know if I'm spelling her name correctly, I'm really bad with names) is AMAZING! She is super sweet and is always out and about helping people! I would just like the shopper to pay more attention to the condition of the produce they are putting in my bag, as I've received some moldy fruit and over ripe avocados. I have used H-E-B Curbside from this Richmond location a few times now and the service has been phenomenal! Last night when I arrived she said they didn't have an item I ordered and asked if a different item they had in stock would be ok. I thought ok, I will try it. When they came back they had the original item I requested (an H-E-B made in store item had apparently been restocked since they shopped for the order). Also, when I mentioned needing to go in for an item I just remembered I forgot to order she VERY graciously said they could run in and pick up the item for me and add it to my order. Each person who has brought the groceries to the vehicle has been smiling, friendly and personable. Thank you! I love this H-E-B, especially love that they don't have those annoying self checkout lanes! They always have every (if not most) checkout lanes open, so the lines aren't long at all. The pharmacy is super fast to refill prescriptions, and the pharmacist has even called a few times to make sure my daughter's prescription was working well for her and if I had any questions or concerns. Anything from the bakery is delish and the staff is so friendly. Oh, and the home delivery is a lifesaver! read more
