She said she would send me "the form" again. Which asked the same questions I had already answered. I said do not send me a form, give me a credit. I told her to just give me a credit for 11.00 freaking dollars. She said sure, and I hung up. Guess what's in my email? A FORM. They "may get back to me in three days, once I send back the form. " I will never ever ever buy from them again and I'm little and angry with a big mouth so I will be screaming about this for years! They messed with the wrong person

I was greeted and while I can't say if they greeted every person specifically, the workers were all easy to find, available, and happy to help answer questions. As someone who prefers to shop alone and in peace, I appreciated that I had the time and comfort to do so, while still having workers available for questions. If you ask for help they are happy to assist. I even saw one worker who was walking around with a customer helping them.

Her attitude about an online return could not have been more rude and unprofessional: -Complaining about having to do her job -Tried to tell us that because we took items out of plastic bags garments were wrapped in to ship (that tear apart when you open them to try stuff on), that she was REFUSING to take the return? In brand new with tags condition? Really??? -Then when we pointed out tags and corresponding receipt line items, she was DISPARAGING us for taking clothes out of bags to try them on? Really? This has NEVER been an issue EVER at Sierra (or any other store) and NOWHERE does Sierra tell you you must have the plastic wrap from each garment to make a return. Absolutely psycho worker here! -Going REALLY REALLY SLOW to be passive aggressive, such that half-way through the transaction, another cashier came over and helped FOUR PEOPLE in the time it took this person to do the second HALF of our return! -Giving that cold angry silence that is just childish and rude.
