Very nice Old Navy. Great location, very convenient and I like to go here after I have a quick bite of food. I love how they decorate the dog at the front of the store. I love this dog. Customer service for online orders is TERRIBLE. After a month of not receiving my order, and calling customer service twice, I still do not have my order. UPS says it is lost, but on its way. ? Customer Service Rep says she "will ask where it is, but I have to submit a form with all the information I have already given her (address, name, product number, order number) I sent a picture of my account with this information and also answered her questions. She said she would send me "the form" again. Which asked the same questions I had already answered. I said do not send me a form, give me a credit. I told her to just give me a credit for 11.00 freaking dollars. She said sure, and I hung up. Guess what's in my email? A FORM. They "may get back to me in three days, once I send back the form. " I will never ever ever buy from them again and I'm little and angry with a big mouth so I will be screaming about this for years! They messed with the wrong person read more

I was out running errands this past weekend. I went into the Exton Old Navy store to use the bathroom. For what ever reason, i was tailed by security. I was followed because (?) I was there to steal. So thank you very much, i dont see a reason to go back into that store read more

Went to return something a week after purchase. Had tags on and receipt. I was told I could not return the item because I had already returned it. While I am standing there with the item, tagged and receipt, the manager is stating I had return the item already. Find out after getting corporate involved the manager was returning items people had purchased and was-giving them self a store gift card. Thought I'd give them another chance, but.... Show up,after looking them up on line, at 0900, and they are closed. When I showed the manager the site and asked if they could change the time to state they open at 10:00 as it is confusing, she proceeded to tell me her site states hours as 10:00. I am showing her the site that states they are opened at 0900. Just attitude and no customer service at all!!! Won't be back!! They are rude and untrustworthy. read more

One of the employees at this store had a really bad attitude. Granted, that can happen anywhere and this was in the summer of 2015, so if you really like Old Navy and your decision to go or not hinges on my review (as I'm certain it does), go ahead. Its probably fine now. I took maybe six things to the dressing room to try on. Is that considered too many? Is that a faux pas? I don't think it is. I was trying on clothes for a while, but not all that long. Fifteen minutes tops. While I was trying on clothes, I heard an employee complain to somebody about how long the room had been occupied. Again, I don't really think I spent an egregious amount of time. Believe me, Old Navy is not where I go to whittle away the hours. When I finished and exited the room, the same employee asked what I was going to keep and what I was not. Unfortunately, nothing fit me. I'm tall and lanky, it happens a lot. But apparently, this employee found the concept inconceivable, because he asked with no dearth of passive-aggression: "Do they really not fit, or do you just dislike our products?" Me: "Well, I tried a small and it was too small, And I tried a medium and it was too large." Him: "So what you're saying is that you need more of a ...'schmedium?' Maybe you should write an angry letter to corporate. Ask them to make a new size, just for you." Maybe I should write an angry letter to corporate, asking their employee to drop the snarky attitude. Every single time I come in here the line is sooooo long and there's 1 person ringing people out. It's frustrating and I've put my items back and walked out before bc who has time to wait in a 10-15 min line for only a few things. That's my first complaint with this location. Second complaint is how unorganized this store is, not to mention how much the lack of inventory is to choose from. Went in to get shorts for my son and there was hardly anything to choose from. I asked an employee she said well look into the clearance racks. I did but after finding all the sizes were all mixed in I gave up and left with nothing once again. The Exton Old Navy is really no different from any other store, they're always cluttered, things laying all over the place the general feel of an Old Navy store is they and their employees could care less about the things they're selling. They put the wrong sizes on hangers, ie. small size shirt on a hanger with an L on the hook :( There are always things just in piles on the floor. The price of clothing used to be worth the value, but now it's overpriced for the quality, I shop here when things are on sale and I shop on line, I just can't go in that store unless I absolutely have to. The lines are super long every single time, and only 1 or two cashiers working there. sigh..... read more

The staff was very helpful with me when I was trying to return some products I had purchased with a prepaid American Express gift card. It was frustrating because it took about 20 minutes to get the funds back to the card, but the staff was great and patient as they dealt with the people on the phone, and then with me to make sure that I got my funds back. They were very friendly, and, like all Old Navy's, had great praises for good clothes. I will return. read more

The prices are cheap and they have great sales if you know how to shop, but the store is so disorganized and cluttered it is hard to find what you want. I came in for a pair of plain black leggings I found at a different store and after an hour of searching I could not find one pair of plain black workout leggings. They were probably buried under the mountain of disorganized, uncoordinated and mismatched active wear. The service is friendly though. read more

To be more accurate, the front of the store is women to the right, men to the left along the right wall is womens and left wall 3/4 of the way mens then begins boys, childrens is completely along the back so yes men have less space but all things being relative they shop less. read more

My husband refuses to go in this Old Navy location with me. We HAVE to drive to King of Prussia if we want to shop at Old Navy or we just purchase online. This store is always a wreck. Always. There is crap literally piled everywhere. He has a joke that if you can't find something in this Old Navy "check the floor". The staff never talks to you, and seem generally uninterested in anyone but each other whom they are usually fooling around with. I do have to give it to my husband - he has a point. I used to be a manager in retail and if my store was caught in the shape this store is ALWAYS in - I wouldn't have a job. read more
