I tried to get someone to help me but it was like being in Home Depot when the employees run and hide from you. One guy never looked up from his phone. So I left and went to the collegeville location and this guy was eager to help but just kept bullshitting me about sizes and obviously just wanted to sell me anything. He even told me the pair of jeans I like to wear was discontinued but I was able to order them online. I guess with help like this and honestly horrible selections in clothes, it's any time now we will be seeing a going out of business sale. I always liked this place too.

Went in nearly two weeks ago and bought two suits, vest and shirts. Told the salespeople I had an…read moreevent and they gave me a date the day prior to the event as when they would be finished. I insisted they understood that I had to have these suits back on this stated date. Today, the day prior, I called to check on status as directed to by a very nice salesperson to find out that they couldn't find the suits. I gave Michael all of my information and explained that not only did I have a planned and paid for event to attend but sadly I now had to attend a funeral. Michael promised to return my call. It never happened. I waited all day and finally had to call back. I spoke to Alisha ( I hope I spelled that right) who already knew of my predicament and said they had been looking for them. She put me on hold for 3 minutes and returned saying she had found the suits right where they were supposed to be. They were not complete yet. I tried to be as composed as possible and Alisha was very gracious and helpful but I was losing my stuff. She asked which suit would I need the most and I would possibly have to wait for the other. Here's the deal. This is not a custom store, I get it. It's a store that had my suits for two weeks and did nothing with them. Then couldn't call me back to tell me. Advice? Go to a custom shop. Brooks Brothers maybe. You might only get one suiy but I know they will live up to the hype. Don't bother with this store. Aside from Alisha they are horrible. In all areas of retail. I'll update tomorrow if the suit looks bad, poor tailoring or not finished. I won't promise that I'll be as nice as I was today. Can I give negative stars?

UPS says it is lost, but on its way. ? Customer Service Rep says she "will ask where it is, but I have to submit a form with all the information I have already given her (address, name, product number, order number) I sent a picture of my account with this information and also answered her questions. She said she would send me "the form" again. Which asked the same questions I had already answered. I said do not send me a form, give me a credit. I told her to just give me a credit for 11.00 freaking dollars. She said sure, and I hung up. Guess what's in my email? A FORM. They "may get back to me in three days, once I send back the form. " I will never ever ever buy from them again and I'm little and angry with a big mouth so I will be screaming about this for years! They messed with the wrong person

Visited the store today and everyone working was super nice! The selection was great and they had a…read moremassive last chance section with awesome prices. I was greeted and while I can't say if they greeted every person specifically, the workers were all easy to find, available, and happy to help answer questions. As someone who prefers to shop alone and in peace, I appreciated that I had the time and comfort to do so, while still having workers available for questions. If you ask for help they are happy to assist. I even saw one worker who was walking around with a customer helping them.

I haven't found a store like this nearby, so I'm okay with making an evening out of it. Every time I go the sales associates are super sweet. They compliment my items and explain why they aren't taking some. After selling a few times, I have a better idea of what they'll take. Tip: make sure you're bringing them items that YOU would want to purchase! Yes, I would love if they paid me more for some items and I'm sure I'd make more money on Poshmark but they are doing all of the work for me! All I have to do is clean out my closet and drop off my stuff. As a shopper, I appreciate that they keep their prices low :) I will be back as soon as the weather changes to update my wardrobe!
