Stay far away from ordering online here!!! Absolutely the worst company I have ever had the experience of dealing with!!! They took my money on the 21st of November and I just received my refund on the 5th of January... FROM MY BANK!!! These scum bags during a tough holiday season refused to return a lost order to myself. They lost my package in the mail on the 4th of December and then refused to declare it lost until the 23rd of December 2 days before Christmas for this gift. I finally got ahold of someone on the 19th of December after calling repeatedly for days to only be told by their out of the country representatives that I couldn't speak to a manager and they couldn't do anything for me. The person on the 19th allowed me to reorder my items but by this time they were sold out in everything I asked for except a 2 set of shirts. They made me email back and forth for the next 2 weeks playing childish games claiming this and that as to why they couldn't refund me until I told them I was going directly to my Bank. My bank had this matter resolved in 5 days. Long story short DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE SERVICES!!! It's a fraud and they do not have actual representatives... this is coming directly from the manager, they use overseas representatives and you will get the worst of service as these people 1 hardly speak English and 2. Have no part of this company. They are outsourced. Lastly, this company has been removing my reviews from yelp. How they are allowed to make this happen is beyond me but you cannot silent me. Hello Yelp. I'd always wanted to start one up, but never had the time. TIL NOW! Anyway, my first review. My boyfriend is the sweetest guy. The kind that would drop what he's doing so he can drop off your lucky necklace at your work. He's got a good job and a craaazy good body, but he dresses like he's going to help his friends move. He does sometimes, but that doesn't mean he has to be dressed for it ALL the time. So I decided to go buy clothes FOR him, ready, washed, and folded. I was going to wait for him to leave his apartment, and toss out all his ugly crap. (except his favorite Where's Waldo shirt and trackpants with matching mustard and other random sauce stains.) I thought, H&M! I don't mens American Apparel stuff because They're thin as napkins and way too bright. If he wore a yellow AA sweater when I woke up with a hangover, I'd claw it off him. It's either clawing it off, or hear me verbally abuse the world the rest of the morning. I couldn't find that much stuff in the guy's section, that bummed me out. So for the clothes that I KNEW would look good on him, I got more of them in other colors. Not a stupid color. The service was alright, lines everywhere, i didn't even know where they began. Employees just looked bored or elitist. Maybe Both. By the time I left, I had about 3 laundry loads in several bags. (He said he loved the clothes, even though I knew he didn't care, he just smiled and wore it to make me happy. Plus, I donated all his old crap, including a northern alliance Civil War military costume he wore when cooking. The only thing he was mad about. H&M, located in the Shops at Santa Anita near the JC Penney section, had a 30% off sale for Black Friday, making it a great spot to find affordable business clothing. They offer a solid selection of blazers and button-up shirts, perfect for work attire, but the quality is typical of fast fashion--good for the price, but not necessarily built to last. I went in hoping to find new pants, but I had trouble with the fit. The pants were generally way too long--almost as tall as me--so this store doesn't seem to cater to the shorter demographic, which was disappointing. There was a good amount of people shopping during Black Friday, but the staff did a great job of keeping things organized. They have fitting rooms on the 2nd floor, and a convenient holiday return policy: items purchased between 11/1/24 and 12/25/24 can be returned with a valid receipt until 1/31/25. Overall, it's a solid choice for affordable, stylish workwear. read more

I went about a month ago and I love shopping at H&M on Colorado BLVD (pasadena) so I figured its all the same. ITS NOT. I bought clothes, paid and while walking out I read my receipt and the girl charged me twice for a sweater. Actually her name was JOLENE. I went to go tell her and she immediately got defensive. All i wanted was a simple apology and my money back for her charging me twice. She kept repeating "OKAY!!" "ALRIGHT MAM!" "OK!" So i got my money back, still upset. H&M definitely one of my favorites stores in this mall, in general actually. The selection is small, but that's true for all men's sections really. There's usually no line for fitting rooms. I enjoy their style of clothes, simple and modern, not the gaudy skulls and shiny graphics. The prices are reasonable, the women's clothes seem really inexpensive. They play really crappy music, so bring your headphones. read more
