The store was much more empty than normal but they still had quite a few things out, and some good sales going on. While there are…read moreseveral locations in and around Columbus, each one is different, so they offer an experience similar to that of a boutique. The clothes are curated based on the staff selections and I love that. I've never visited the shop in Polaris until recently. I was shopping around for Christmas gifts and noticed they had a 50% off sale going on. It was too good to pass up, so I took a look around. I was surprised to find several items that I just HAD TO HAVE! After grabbing up my findings and heading to the dressing rooms in the back, I knew I was about to spend some cash. The staff was crazy friendly, offering to grab me different sizes and giving me the boost of confidence I needed on a couple of items. I knew they looked great, but I needed some reassurance. It was much appreciated. I was jazzed to find a beautiful red dress, a fabulous blouse, and a sequined skirt. All items were must-haves and I left with an extra pep in my step, excited for a reason to get all dolled up. On top of great clothes, Francesca's also has beautiful jewelry, shoes, and an assortment of fun gift items. Great bags, candles, heck sometimes you can even find home goods like art and wine glasses. 5-star experience for sure.

This location has a pretty large selection, although the prices are very high and, in my opinion, not worth paying without a sale like the BOGO. During this past visit, the store's computers went down. It was really no problem to wait, and I totally get how stressful a situation like that can be in when you have a line. But maybe 4 employees stood there like sheep while a guy who seemed to be manager did all the work of calling help, troubleshooting, and talking to customers. One of them said, "Our computers went down," to the line without making eye contact with a single person in line or projecting loud enough for the back to hear. It probably could have been a much less chaotic experience to have one of those employees come out from behind the counter to inform the line of the delay or stand outside the door to inform entering patrons that the register is down, and as they loudly discussed, may not be back up by close. HOWEVER, the maybe-manager deserves major kudos, as he was clearly doing everything he could trying to get the computers back online as soon as possible. I don't think it was his fault at all that the other employees stood there, as he was heavily multitasking as is. Thanks to him, we were able to check out just a few minutes later and he even checked in to see if we had a rewards account to make sure we could receive them since the computers essentially reset. Very appreciative of them!

The staff was very helpful as I tried on a dress I had been eyeballing through the window and they even brought me in several pairs of shoes to try on with the dress. I hate to give this a 1 star but I feel it's necessary. My husband bought me a clutch for my bday…read moreand I was really looking for a wristlet. I brought my clutch back to exchange with the tags attached and receipt 35 days after date of purchase. Come to find out Kate Spade only offers 30 days for any returns or exchanges..... needless to say both my husband and I were shocked about this. If my husband knew this he would have never bought the clutch in the beginning or just gone to Nordstrom's to see if they carried it. My husband and I always buy designer purses and wallets because of the warranty and customer service that comes with it. The manager was Nice enough to let me exchange however what I picked out was $100 less than the original item and she was not Willing to refund my husbands CC. Now I get it if I came in 90 days after date of purchase or the tags weren't attached but that was not the case at all. And she wasn't willing to make the exception. Even when my husband purchased the clutch the sales associate didn't tell him you only have 30 days to return/exchange this. And he told her this was a bday gift. So note to self I will never buy kate spade again unless MAYBE it's from Nordstrom's. And don't buy gifts for Someone from Kate Spade bc if you buy it in advance you'll be screwed. Bc like me I got it a week Ago and didn't have the chance to get our full money back! Very disappointing coming from such a high end and well known brand like Kate Spade..... I would like to update my review..... I sent an email to corporate about this not thinking anything would come of it but boy was I wrong. They contacted me asking for my information and what location it was. About a week later I got an email from Sydney who was the Asst store lead apologizing for the situation and told me to bring the gift card and receipt back and she would refund me my Money. When I got to the store she was very warm and friendly, apologized numerous times that this had happened and at kate Spade they try to make things right for the client. She was super sweet!!!! I told her the fact that corporate contacted her and she reached out to me personally to make the situation right speaks volumes and it does! I now have a much different outlook on Kate Spades customer service!! I am Not changing my review from a 1 Star to 5 star. PS I ended up getting the Sylvia large wristlet is blustery pink color and have gotten soooo many compliments on it! highly Recommend it.

So the girl and I call her a girl not a woman because she acted like she was 14. Very rude! Disrespectful! She answered the phone like she was in a bad mood like that has anything to do with someone about to spend $500 and was a total monster to speak with and one of the rudest customer service people I've ever spoke to. I try to be nice to everyone nowadays but man she was making it hard and I am glad I didn't go there to pick up items. I ended up purchasing a couple of their perfumes online for in store pickup for a woman I was dating at the time. A bottle of Tom Ford and a bottle of Kilian. She ended up loving them both. She stopped by to pick them up one afternoon and I asked her how the girl was who was I spoke to. Now understand this woman is probably one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and she said, She was a total b*tch! Yikes! Sephora... come on! I…read morereceived an ad which I will display at the end of this message about a thing they're doing where you answer some questions share the page with 20 of your friends and you will receive $100 worth of coupons. I did exactly what they told me to do and then I tried contacting them because the due date was coming up in 2 days however nobody called me back or sent me an email or a text or nothing. So finally I got through to somebody when I called headquarters and they told me that they had no clue what I was talking about they have no record of any kind of ad/sale going on. So thankfully for me I usually screenshot everything whether I need it or not you never freaking know well this time I actually needed it so what do I do I post it and I sent it and then all the sudden they remember what I'm talking about however because I was two days late that my admittance didn't apply however not only did I explain to them about how they never returned any of my messages and all I could stuff that's when they said that they will give me 20% off of my next purchase bed bath & body works or whatever the f*** that name is called excuse my language. No matter what I did to try and explain my situation they would always put me on hold and put me through to another associate and I swear to you I talk to eight different associates within a half an hour and I finally was pissed off and off or I pulled the Karen and said I want to talk to your manager LOL this is so not like me to do something like this I am very quiet person I have social anxiety as it is so the last thing you would ever catch me doing is bitching out somebody who's lying to me at and from a business. However I'm getting sick of being taken advantage of and that's exactly what they were doing so they said they would give me a 20% off discount for my next purchase at their local store now the only problem with that is, is that first of all I'm not accepting 20% off that's just not happening second of all I am disabled I can't be driving around in my car going to their stores just to get a lousy 20 freaking percent off I mean what a slap in the face. I mean what a flipping slap in the face it was for them to tell me even after I told him I was disabled they told me again that they'll give me 20% off if I were to go to their store. Now that's not going to happen whatsoever and even though that this whole thing wasn't a scam like all my friends said it was I literally lost some of my friends on Facebook because I sent them this like it asked me to so now my niece isn't talking to me on Facebook because last time she accepted something like this she had a virus and then three more of my friends basically told me if I'm going to be sending scam not to even bother talking to them now my friends are my life and to know I lost a few over this stupid stupid store is mind-boggling and they f****** owe me I don't care what they say they owe me they lied to me therefore they need to pay the hell up. I'm a good girl I'm very nice and very well mannered I respect my elders I open doors for people I do everything right in this world but when you lie to me it would probably be smart for you to move to another state. Liars cheaters and thieves are my worst enemies and if I could bust them all I would do it in a heartbeat but until then I will be like an action woman and do it one by one one save at a time LOL however now it's time for the revealing picture she called me a liar well honey here's your freaking proof that I'm not lying to you and don't you ever ever think you can get one over on me because I'm disabled cuz woman I don't care what state you live in I will come to your damn store and show everybody what you did and you will get fired so quick and I also told her that I know a lot of people who have phones and I will make a Yelp review from every single cell phone that I know of and I'm not kidding she's got me that flipping mad. Anyway I hope you all have a great week and here is your picture actually proof that I'm not lying LOL
