I know the store gets a bad reputation sometimes of it being messy however the store is very neat and clean and orderly this morning I believe it's the customers that come in a make the big masses and the staff may not be able to keep up with cleaning up for such a large volume of items. She then replied something about go backs and said, "Is there someone coming to relieve me at 7?" I laughed because she was so unaware of me. She didn't notice but yelled over the line to compliment a coworkers outfit. She then turned to the other cashier and said, "I always tell her she is pretty." Then she looked over me and said, "Maybe I can guilt the next people into opening a card." Last time we were here the greeter was yawning and texting and didnt look up. Not sure what is going on but there always seems to be a team working that is oblivious to the customer. Hey sales people sorry we bothered you to the point you had a long line. Geez!

A bit Pricey but in today's economy- what isn't !…read more I took my granddaughter shopping for her 13th birthday, and we spent over an hour in the store trying on clothes. During that entire time, not one employee acknowledged us or offered help while we searched for sizes and colors. At checkout, things got worse. After I paid in cash, the cashier handed me my bills and change all in one hand and said, "We don't have any pennies, is that okay?" She never explained what I was agreeing to. I couldn't tell if I was given more or less than expected because everything was handed to me at once, and she was very vague. When I asked for clarification, she eventually said they couldn't give me the exact change because "they don't make pennies anymore." That explanation made no sense. Whether or not pennies are still being produced has nothing to do with a current transaction--there are still plenty in circulation. The issue wasn't the penny--it was the assumption. She didn't ask if I had exact change, didn't ask if I had pennies, and didn't explain upfront that I was being shorted. She just decided it was acceptable. I remained calm, polite, and spoke in a softer tone than usual because I didn't want to make a scene. But I did explain that it's rude to assume a customer doesn't want their change, no matter how small the amount. Another employee overheard and asked what was going on. The cashier responded, "She's complaining because I didn't have one penny." That completely misrepresented the situation. The second employee replied, "Well, they don't make them anymore, so what do you want us to do?"--which only made things worse. I even pointed out that I had pennies on me, reinforcing that this wasn't the customer's problem to solve. If anything, a business should round in favor of the customer--not against them. The cashier argued that giving me more would make her drawer short, which again shows a lack of understanding of basic customer service. At one point, the second employee disengaged entirely and turned away with a smirk, which was incredibly unprofessional. Eventually, a third employee (who appeared to be a manager) stepped in and said, "Just give her a nickel"--which is exactly what I suggested from the beginning. At that point, it wasn't even about the money anymore--it was about how the situation was handled from start to finish. Also worth noting: if the situation were reversed and I was short a penny, I highly doubt they would have said, "That's fine, they don't make them anymore." I would have been expected to come up with the difference. We left without taking the nickel, but the experience left a lasting impression. For the prices they charge ($45 for shorts, $35 for a tank top), I expect far better service and professionalism. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Much rather spend my money at Lululemon and get SUPERB service.

They also have accessories like jewelry, hats, etc. In the end, I walked out with a pleather mini skirt with a slit. Super Cute, about $50. The staff was super friendly, assisting me in the dressing room and getting me new sizes when needed. Also when checking me out. They have a loyalty program that's free and gets you 10% off your first purchase. There is no doubt that I'll be back here and I'm excited to come outside of the holidays when I won't feel as guilty buying stuff for myself.

On this most recent trip, I went looking for one thing - some akin sweat pants - to wear over my yoga pants on cold days. I have a couple pairs already - Under Armour and Nike, but wanted something more yoga-like. They didn't have a huge selection - which I figured would be the case. They carry certain types of clothes with a few color choices. I found a pair of maroon athletic pants with a little glam trim. They were baggy in the thighs, more tapered in the calf, banded at the ankle, with a drawstring waist. For $10, I really couldn't go wrong. They had a pair in black, but I already have 2 pairs of black sweats. I grabbed a size that usually fits and moved one. I also needed socks and remembered buying some here before. They had a few to pick from at a decent price so I grabbed a packet so I could throw out some pairs at home that showed too much wear. Having come from Dollar Tree and finding they were out of every item I needed (all too recurring situation), I thought I would see if they had any of the things I wanted. Sure enough, they had the Hawaiin Punch water mix ins for a dollar. In the flavors I wanted, so I picked them up and headed for the register. For a change, there was no one in line and 2 young clerks who knew what they were doing and rang me up quickly. More often than not, there is a line and at one clerk on slow motion warp speed. The others are nice and proficient. The pants ended up fitting fine - so no need to return. I have had to return/exchange things in the past and doing so have never been a hassle - just do it quickly and have the receipt!
