Gutter Tex has a good email and accounting system in place that makes scheduling and paying easy. I was fortunate to get a bump up in the schedule and work was completed today. Javier & Adrian installed exactly what I needed and more. They installed a heavy water shield in an area that gets a few roof angles of water. This will redirect heavy flow over the deck roof and into the gutter instead of blasting right over the gutter. I like it. Can't wait for the next rain. Now I can reduce the erosion that's been happening and restore the area to level. Much appreciated. read more

We have been very happy with the work that they did and every time a huge rain storm hits we are thankful for the new Gutters that surround our house. We chose their estimate over 2 other companies both due to price and their knowledge when out for the estimate. They didn't try and push any up-sells (although we did elect to get added-on debris screens installed) The work took one day to complete, they were on-time, great with cleanup and a follow-up to make sure we were happy. Less than impressed. I based my decision to use them partly on the reviews here. Keith came out to give an estimate and I really liked him as he was on time and gave some good suggestions. I got a proposal later that evening and really like the professional nature of it. Scheduling took awhile to get a date. Which kinda sucked. I think they schedule about 6 weeks after the contracts was signed. I was to have gutters installed on May 25th but that didn't happen. Lots of rain around that time. Gutters were "removed" the Thursday before. I say "removed" because they were effectively ripped off. There was *zero* fineses in the process. Cleanup was bad at best as we found about 10 nails/staples in our driveway and another 10 or so in the yard/rocks around the house. I'm glad I looked because I don't want them in my tire or sons foot. After the gutters were ripped out, there was some work that needed to be done as some of the 1x2s were rotted. Not as much as a thought, but needed about 50'. Mica, one of the guys who ripped out the gutters, gave me a rough quote of ($300-400) for the carpentry work and some caulking. Later that evening I got a quote for $450. Interesting that is was $100 higher than the median of the range I was given. Anyway i contacted them and price went to $400. Part of the work that was to done as part of the $400 was to caulk all the trim on the house. But that never happened. Appears there was a miss communication as I told one of the guys that I had already caulked some of the big holes after the removal. I did this because there were a few big storms between removal and install. Since they didn't do it, I went ahead and did it myself because I didn't want the install to get delayed any further. Took an hour. Anyway, I contacted Keith and he would remove $100 from the charge. Ok, that's more than fair. The install itself was fast. The guys did a good job and everything looks great and solid. I did find a few rivots in the driveway :-( They left these diverters on part of the roof that I though would be removed, but they weren't. I contacted Keith and he explained that they don't mess with stuff like that as to not void warranty or cause potential damage. Ok, I get that as they don't want to expose themselfs to extra liability. Anyway, he said he'd come to angle grind them down to the base but that hasn't happened yet nor have I to get a call as to when. So, it was a mixed experience. Solid install (which is ultimately the most important part), terrible cleanup with some miscommunication and not following up. I'll add that Keith, the gutter removal staff, and the gutter install staff ( different crews for install and removal) have always been professional and respectful. Would I used them again, likely. While I wasn't impressed with the removal or clean up - the install looks solid and tight. Unfortunately, it hasn't rained to test the gutters out but I do have confidence that if there is an issue they will stand behind their work. read more

Third time's a charm! It all started when we decided to have gutters install on our house. The builder added gutters to the front and back but not to the sides. Being members of Sam's Club we saw a kiosk with professional home services at the warehouse so got some info on gutters and made an appointment for them to come out and give us a quote. Long story short, after reaching out to them twice to find out why no one showed up for our two schedule appointment times (which occurred over a three week period), we decided to look on Yelp for gutter companies. We happened to call them over the weekend and they were the only ones open so we scheduled a appointment for an estimate. This company has very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly folks working for them. From the schedule who answered the phone (Brandi), to the service writer who came out to provide the estimate (Keith Caballero), to the installer (Jose +1), everyone was great. The estimator (Keith) who came to assess what should be done was very professional and informed us of all options & costs. He didn't try to up sell anything or convince us we needed unnecessary options. In fact, he encouraged us to used promo discount code to bring down the cost. Proposal was easy to read as well. Was really impressed with the photos of our home which detailed the layout of how the install would looked (gutter locations & downspouts). This proposal alone acted as a warranty document with their terms spelled out. Fifty (50%) percent down to purchase materials which we thought was fair and got us on their schedule. The remaining due upon completion. The scheduler (Brandi) was also very professional. We were actually scheduled a week and half out for the install but got a call a few days after paying the deposit saying they had availability sooner and ask if we wanted to move up our appointment... so we did. All the communication between us and Gutter Tex was very professional, timely and prompt. There was zero miscommunication. Day of installation: The installer crew arrived on a company vehicle. Rang the doorbell and informed me that they're here. Both fellas (Jose was the 'lead' installer) were extremely professional and courteous. They finished the job in two hours. I think they accomplished the job exactly as we anticipated... SUPERIOR!!! Prep & post... they left the job site perfectly clean. The new gutters (style, measurements, colours and downspouts) blended in perfectly with our home. Overall, we are very pleased with our product. Highly endorsed Gutter Tex solely on quality, efficiency, customer service and price. Can't wait to see the gutters in action during the next rainfall! Also loved the fact that they are a veteran operated company and they give back to the community by donating a percentage of their sales to many charitable organizations. My original gutters were pulling away from my house due to wood rot. The entire process was friendly, helpful, and well done. Colton was my salesman that came out and did an assessment and quote. Communication and scheduling was easy- we did not get to pick the date, but since you don't need to be home for the service, it didn't matter at all. We were happy to get the first available date. Cleaning took place today, and our tech was great. He was on-time, polite, and did an extremely thorough job. He worked quickly and cleaned up all the debris (honestly, he cleaned up leaves that just happened to be on our driveway, in addition to what came out of the gutters). I got an estimate from Jimmy Degenarro and ordered in September 2020. They weren't able to install until November. Jose Riojas and Anthony installed my gutter guards and added a new gutter in November. They were excellent and ensured perfect cleanup. I wanted to wait until I had strong rains to do this review (which I have now done). Even with the heavy leaf drop in Nov/Dec, the guards are working great and my gutters and downspouts are draining and flowing perfectly.
