I've brought my truck to this shop twice now--and not because I love spending money on repairs, but…read morebecause they actually know what they're doing and treat people right. First time, my clutch gave out right in front of their shop. I'm talking perfect timing--coasted right into their lot like the truck knew where it needed to be. I already knew it was the clutch, so I didn't need a big diagnostic song and dance. The mechanic came out, confirmed it, no upsell nonsense. They got it done in a day and even sent me pictures during the repair like a proud parent updating me on my truck's progress. Second time, same truck--this thing's dramatic. I lost all power out of nowhere. I thought, "No big deal, probably a simple fix. I've Googled stuff before." Then I pulled off the timing cover and found the timing belt snapped clean off. Not great. I shopped around and got quoted some wild prices--like, "just buy a new truck" level ridiculous. A couple places didn't even bother telling me what was wrong, just that I needed a whole new engine. No thanks. So I went back to this shop. Sam asked a few smart questions, figured out what kind of engine I had, and educated me on how it could actually be repaired--not replaced. He even helped me get it towed over for next to nothing (less than 5 miles). Total lifesaver. They've been transparent the whole time. I even swung by mid-repair like a nosy neighbor and got to see the progress. It really seems like once they've got the parts, they're fast and efficient--like one-day turnaround kind of fast. When I paid, I actually felt like I got my money's worth. Real mechanics, real people, no BS. Definitely earned my trust.

Cesar and Armando to the rescue!…read more My car broke down in the late evening, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get a tow until the next morning. Luckily, I called Cesar's Towing and Cesar himself promptly answered and said he could get someone to me in an hour. Armando came and handled our situation with empathy and professionalism. He greeted us with a smile and asked how we were. Then, quickly and carefully loaded our vehicle onto his truck and addressed all our questions. When he dropped off the vehicle, he was even considerate enough to ask us what direction we wanted our car to face to avoid any potential parking violations. We highly recommend Cesar and Armando and their towing service -- If your car breaks down, they are the ones you'll want to call!!

I spoke with Jose who immediately made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He offered me an 11 am appointment (same day is insane) and recommended I have the car towed to avoid engine damage. He asked that I give them a call when it was on the way and had me squared away in about 5 whole minutes. As promised, I gave them a call when the tow truck was on the way and spoke with Daisy. She explained the entire process to me, got my info, and told me to keep an eye on my email. Not only did I have a quote by 11:15, I also had a text advising me of the estimate. The pricing here in PHENOMENAL, it would've easily cost me three times as much if I'd have taken it anywhere else. Two hours later, I got a call saying that not only were my repairs were complete, but outlining the issue and the steps they took, and confirming the estimate was the final price. To recap, I had an appointment and repairs done in 3 hours. That's INSANE. I'm absolutely blown away. On top of stellar service, everyone was so incredibly nice and personable. It is so refreshing to feel like you can trust someone in a moment of uncertainty and vulnerability and I don't take that lightly. I cannot recommend them highly enough or sing more loudly the praises of Jose, Daisy, and everyone involved. You've got a customer for life.

They actually suggested Midas, but due to a relationship with National Auto next door, I was turned on to these guys. When I called to inquire about services, they couldn't have been any nicer. Like most auto places, they tried to discourage me from waiting and suggested I leave the car for the day. In order to do that, you either got to give me a loaner, or have enough retail and entertainment for me to be comfortable while I'm in the area. This place is a desert, and a loaner wasn't an option, so I decided to stay. Ironically, the interior was comfortable, not at all what I expected. There was probably room for 8 people to wait comfortably. There was a TV, but it wasn't on and they had bottled water and chips non gratis. They told me book time for my car was 2.5 hour, so I should expect to be there for at least 3. Book time is a joke. For example, if you wash your car, you probably take 30 minutes to rinse, wash, rinse again and dry. That is book time, what it takes the average person to complete a task. A friend of mine used to be a detailer and he could wash and dry a passenger car in about 3 minutes. It's not about rushing, it's about repetition. When you are good at something it doesn't take as long and book time is about charging you more. In this case, they had a flat fee for services but always know what you are dealing with when you choose a mechanic. If it takes them an hour to complete a service, they shouldn't be charging you for 2.5. Long story short, I was there for less than an hour, they completed the service, and I couldn't be more pleased. The level of professionalism, kindness and courtesy are attributes this industry lacks and it was refreshing to experience them today. Again, off what I consider the beaten path, but their strong review profile speaks for itself. I've been driving for 40 years and this is my 3rd alignment. Not a service most people need often, but whatever you need, if these guys offer it, I recommend it.

I've had consistently great experiences with this shop and wanted to share just how much I trust…read morethe work being done here. I was first referred through a mutual connection and immediately appreciated the honesty and no-pressure attitude. I started bringing in my 1999 Subaru Forester, and every visit was fast, efficient, and straightforward. Near the end of that car's life, he gave me an honest assessment--there wasn't much he could do for it, and he even recommended a specialized shop. He didn't try to push unnecessary work and didn't charge for the visit. That kind of integrity really stuck with me. Now I bring in my Toyota RAV4, and I've had the same reliable service. Most recently, I had a dashboard light come on--he found that a rat had chewed some electrical wires. He fixed the issue, confirmed everything else looked great, and got me back on the road quickly. What sets this place apart is the genuine honesty, professionalism, and pride in doing right by the customer. He doesn't upsell, doesn't overcharge, and treats your car like it matters. It's rare to find a mechanic you can trust, and once you do, you stick with them. I'll continue bringing my car here and recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, quality service.

Hands down…read more I previously posted about another mechanic who I THOUGHT was being honest and helpful but they were the farthesttt thing from. I digress. I brought my car here per my dad's recommendation as him and my sister get all their work done here. I got my car towed from my house to their shop and they were in constant communication with me, letting me know when my car got there to updates along the way. I spoke with Davey and he asked me to describe what the other shop told me was the issue and he insisted that wasn't the case and said he needed more time. He ended up calling me promptly to let me know he had diagnosed the problem and that it was GOOD NEWS. The first spot I brought my car to diagnosed a shot engine and that it would cost me $6,200 for labor and parts to fix my car. Davey and Jon at Winston diagnosed it CORRECTLY with a broken heater core and hose which after parts and labor was only an $850 FIX! Definitely not cheap and not fun to pay for, but MUCH different than $6.2k!!! I picked my car up from Davey yesterday and he was so stoked that he was able to save me the headache and MONEY that I thought I needed to fork out (or figure out if I just needed a new car). The nicest guy and TRUSTWORTHY which is huge when it comes to mechanics. Seriously can not sing their praises ENOUGH and I will be coming back here for ANY vehicle repairs from now on. P.S. My car is driving beautifully! I'm so grateful!
