I am glad that I didnt buy the gun from this store. I found they cancelled the certificate without any notice. I have got $25 back that was charged for the certificate but I wish they told me the cancellation at least. Also there price on the same gun is still $140 more than other store. I walked out and went straight to LA Firearm Supplies, and it was a complete 180, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Horrible customer service. Won't be going back. Place is not welcoming and is cryptic about requirements. Tried to do a PPT there. All of the staff had different answers, although some were correct in saying that I can bring my own cable locks with receipt per California law. That part that ticks me off is they said a seller needs a passport to do a PPT, which is absolutely false, and my cousin came all the way down from lake elsinore to do the transfer with me. Now he has to come back. I understand that establishments have the right to deny service to anyone, but customers also have a right to not give you their business, and I am going to exercise my right to never give nor recommend doing business with this organization. They should just be up front that they dont want to serve you. It's something when you have to look up all the regulations that you would expect should come from the experts who are guiding you through the services they provide.
