Unfortunately, the technician used…read moreequipment that had not been properly cleaned, causing the spray to leave drip lines and stains all over our freshly painted walls, the floor, doors and cabinetry. To their credit, they returned and attempted to clean the damage, but they were unable to remove the stains. They acknowledged that the damage was their responsibility and agreed to pay for the apartment to be repainted. Months later, despite repeated follow-up, we have still not been compensated. It's incredibly disappointing that a company would admit fault, promise to make things right, and then fail to follow through. Accidents happen, and I understand that. What matters is how a company responds. Unfortunately, Guardian's customer service after the damage occurred has been far more frustrating than the original mistake. I cannot recommend a company that does not stand behind its commitments.

We haven't had any more flying ants, and it's such a relief to have our peace of mind back. We truly appreciate Sergio's expertise and excellent customer service. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable pest control professional. Thank you again, Sergio!

When this what brought to their attention, they refused to honor the original deal. They also snuck in one more treatment and debited my account before responding to my complaint about their "error." Very deceitful and unethical practices. And Mike, I said I would speak to Saif if he could honor the deal you made with me and changed without my knowledge, but he said he couldn't. Nothing more to talk about at that point. No threats were made. Only a promise to let others know about this unethical business practice that included doubling visit frequency without consent or notification. Own it instead of trying to defend it. Not a good look for other potential customers. Lol
