Highly recommend. We are new to the area and recently moved in. After calling several other pest control services i heard on the radio or that were recommended, I personally wasn't very impressed. I came to yelp to read their reviews and was even more unimpressed. This is when I came across Trey and saw how impressed others were with his service. I gave him a call and he seemed very knowledgeable. He started off by telling me a little bit about his background, his process, the products he uses and patiently answered a few of our concerns mainly about our small dog. After that, we were good to go. He was able to come out that same day and provide my initial service. Once he arrived, on time, we chatted for a couple and he got right to work spraying the inside first, then the outside with a commercial sprayer which was mounted to a new, very professional looking truck. He also swept cob webs and excess debris from our walls and enclosures. Since his initial service, he had killed at least one black widow in my garage and I haven't seen any live bugs since within the home. There was a pile of what looked like coarse black pepper on the ground outside our front door. Each day I would sweep it away and the next morning there it was again! When my neighbor came over she said, "You have termites!!! Please get rid of them!!" I called this company at 9:35 am (I wrote it down) and it is now 12:04 pm and "Trey" is packing up and has finished spraying for- of all things... crickets!! Trey walked up to the door and I greeted him by pointing at the black "pepper" piles. He asked if I thought that was caused by termites and I said I wasn't sure but my neighbor said it was. He said, "No, that's cricket poop." The front door is where I hear the crickets loudly chirping so I knew he was spot on! He continued around the house looking for other pest issues and thankfully didn't find anything else! This was a free termite inspection so he asked if we wanted to have him take care of the crickets, and we did, so he said he could either do it right then or reschedule to come back. The spray was colorless and odorless (I am VERY sensitive!) and I was worried that the three of us (me, my husband and our dog, Oscar) might get sick if we stayed in the house but Trey said we shouldn't be able to smell it and as long as we didn't let Oscar lick the spray until it dried it would be safe. I couldn't smell a thing! I texted my neighbor that it wasn't termites but crickets and she came over and asked Trey to spray hers too! He is currently spraying her house as I type this review. This young man is very professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and knows his pest business. This place is legit! I have had a few below average experiences with other pest control companies so I decided to give this place a try since it had a 5 star rating which is highly unusual. I was contacted right away and they were able to come out the very next day. I don't know what chemicals he uses, but it works! It looked like every bug on my property bit the dust. But here's what really got my attention......I look out in the back yard and Trey is prying up this giant bolder and is spraying under them! Never, ever have seen that before. We have tried other pest control companies in the past and they have been hit or miss. Our home in the summer has a horrible cricket problem and we had been trying to remedy the problem for weeks with store bought pest control spray. I've been a homeowner in the Chandler area since 1991. Over the years I have been through dozens of pest control companies. In 2003, I moved to a new home near Ocotillo and McQueen. I soon discovered our area had a serious scorpion problem and although I know they are tough to deal with, I expect a company to tell me the truth. In other words, if you say you can control them, I darn well expect you to do that. Once again, I started the agonizing process of trying and being disappointing by pest control companies. Most of them made big promises but never delivered. Then one day, I was rushing out of my house just as two guys were walking up to pitch me on their pest control service. I asked them two questions: 1. Can you get rid of and control scorpions? 2. Do you agree that if you can't do what you promise, I shouldn't pay you or be obligated to a contract? They said yes and yes. I tossed my credit card, told them to knock on my door and get the info from my wife cause I was late. That was circa 2009 and I have never regretted that decision. Now that he has started his own business, I tell EVERYONE I can about him. Recently bought a home to which a termite treatment was done 4 months back. When doing my yearly bug treatment Sam (Trey's employee) told me he could see termites trails.
