I was working all day and had nothing to eat. My brother's house offered no remedy either. So my only help was Yelp. I saw a location I've never seen before called "Guac Time." So this would be my hunger savior....or so I thought. When you approach the building parking is limited. I believe there's rear parking but I chose the front. The building is beautiful and modern, same for the inside. The place is very clean and organized. The place has a chain restaurant feel and the staff did not help dispel that thought. They were very cold and mechanic. They made ordering feel intimidating for me. I felt uncomfortable asking for extra meat. They have very measured portions and they will charge for more. I took extra beef because I felt the one controlled scoop they gave me just wasn't enough. They asked if it was to stay or go, then sent me on my way. Eating this burrito I noticed a few things. The beef was a step better than Taco Bell's beef's and that's not saying much. The sour cream was liquid. The peppers were crunchy. And last they didn't offer enough sauce. It made for a very disappointing meal. I gave them three stars because the place was beautiful and the digital boards were nice. Even though they didn't have a traditional menu on them. I probably won't go back. With staff so cold, I feel I can give my money to people who appreciate what they do. This place has chain restaurant in the making written all over it.

the lack of my lettuce and only had onions, you can also see some of the guac.

Absolutely horrible service. A few months ago, the portions were generous and consistent, which is why I used to order from here almost every week, it was simple, reliable, and actually filling. During Ramadan, I noticed the portions suddenly became smaller, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt assuming they might be running low on ingredients. However, today confirmed that this is no longer a one time issue. I spent $74 on four bowls, and when my parents brought the order home and we opened it, it was extremely disappointing. My bowl included guacamole that I never ordered, along with literally one piece of lettuce and a small amount of onions, while the family member who actually paid for guacamole did not receive it at all. When I called to resolve the issue, the situation only got worse. The manager, Surinder, was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional from the start. He repeatedly interrupted me and my father, raised his voice, and refused to let us explain what went wrong. Instead of taking any accountability or even attempting to understand the issue, he dismissed us and told us to contact Uber, showing zero concern for customer satisfaction. The level of attitude, lack of basic communication, and complete disregard for paying customers was honestly shocking. This experience made it very clear that they do not value their customers or know how to properly handle even simple complaints. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place entirely based on both the decline in food quality and the extremely poor customer service.

Definitely better than Chipotle or Qdoba! New favorite takeout place! The chicken is more flavorful. I also liked their chipotle and mango sauce.

Too much liquid in the bowl, I didn't even get a sauce ontop

People are saying it's better than chipotle and Qdoba IMO it isn't at all. $13.35 for a skimpy bowl WITHOUT guac! Bowl was cold by the time I got to eat it (only a 5 min drive away.) ingredients felt blah, didn't care for the seasoning on the barbacoa, and just too much liquid on the bottom of the bowl and I didn't get a sauce on-top. Probably wont save my leftovers which is RARE for me. Sorry, gave it a shot!

What are we have here on the menus

Our office orders 6 bowls with specific needs for each. One bowl The meet was substituted without asking, no sauce that was requested no corn. Chicken tastes lime rubber, we wood for quac and queso and did not receive. They said they called us when they did not as we can track our calls. And one bowl had hardly anything in it. When we called we were told we can go there to replace the bowls. They are in Hicksville their delivery is through Uber Eats no where near our office. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Poor customer service, not worth the money at all! Go to Chipotle you're better. Doesn't even deserve one star. Run away!

They skimp on the ingredients so bad , i had to ask for each ingredient twice because they scoop like there scooping out of their wages . It was ridiculous and the two younger ladies are rude. The honey chicken is good

I was quite impressed with this chicken quesadilla , it definitely stole the spotlight from the tacos I ordered

FINALLLY! A halal taco spot out here in the Ville of Hicks; it did not disappoint. I'm callin this place Quesadilla time because they made a killer quesadilla. Even my buddy MisterBabe gave the Siskel and Ebert 2 thumbs up to a surprising crunch on the packed quesadilla. To start, they are a newly opened establishment so please be patient with them as they work diligently to bring your delicious tacos, burritos bowls and quesadillas to you ; it may take a short moment to whip up the hot stuff but definitely worth the wait. The decor looked great, flashing green light and clean interior. At first the menu was confusing but it took alittle explaining to get the hang of it and we took off from there. I ordered the triple chicken tacos and tried each of their chicken selection : grilled , barbacoa and sweet chipotle on hard tacos. I wanted the works so they loaded my tacos with toppings and the sauces. You should sample all the sauces so you know what's your jam. I liked their habanero and creamy cilantro sauce, loaded them tacos til I had taco with my sauce ... too much sauce ! Out of all three chickadees, I'd say the basic grilled was the best. The barbacoa tasted great but abit shredded beyond my liking and the chipotle was a miss (abit more sweet than I expected). But those hard tacos were a fresh crunch, because it tasted like they prepped them the same day. As I looked over my buddy's plate his quesadilla looked like it was a party waiting to start in his mouth. He offered a taster and when I bit into that , that flavor with a crunch just burst all up in my mouth. Honestly I made a 2nd trip there and had a quesadilla all to myself ...all I can say is you gotta try it. Some of you will agree and others will be like "I've had better" and of course the differing opinions are encouraged...still doesn't take away how deeelish it was to moí. Take a crack at Quesadilla, errr ahh, GuacTime

The food was good but my only concern is that the place is called 'guac' time and they serve was one the worst guacamole ever. The staff and service was quick and easy, but they really need to work on their guacamole it ruined my salad.

The restaurant is medium sized, lots of booths, and was decorated for Valentine's Day. They take reservations and were pretty busy. Service was good, although a little slow at the beginning. I tried the following dishes: Cauliflower Manchurian (3/5): This dish was pretty good, but not amazing. I did enjoy it. Garlic Chili Noodles (3.5/5): Pretty good noodles, not very spicy but good flavor and consistency. Hakka Chili Chicken (4/5): I liked this chicken, but my dining partner did not. The chicken was boneless dark meat, which I really like. You can get it with no, light, or full gravy. We did full and had it with rice. I did enjoy this dish. Overall, I had a pretty good experience at HAKA. No dishes were real standouts, but they were all decent. It is not a bad option for Indo-Chinese in the area.

The menu has both indian and chinese dishes. It's not fusion just two different cuisines being sold. We ordered a roll that came with shrimp tempura, mango and salmon. It was very good, a warm grill that felt like a sandwich. The side galore noodles we ordered were dry and not very flavourful. We ordered shrimp with then and they came with fried/tempura shrimp, which we found odd. There was also egg on the dish but it did nothing for the noodles. We ordered the noodles regular so they should have had some sauce but there was none. The chicken dishes were both really good. The chicken wasn't overly fried or breaded. It tasted fresh and had a good bite to it. I like the spicy garlic chicken a bit more because of the spice. The haka chicken was more of a sweet and salty flavor. Both were tasty. If I'm in the area I'll come back here.
