Not only are they the best priced cleaning service, their attention to detail is unparalleled. We have three dogs and you know how that goes, some unexpected accidents can arise. As much as my wife and I tried to get the stains out of our couch, we were unsuccessful. We contacted GTS and he was extremely responsive. He gave us a reasonable quote, showed us some additional services that he could apply because we have pets, educated us on the process, and they were quick to work! We got the area rug done and our sofa, and they were out in less than 1hr 1/2. Tentative, friendly, and quality, what more can you ask for! No matter how big or small the job is, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and I'm sure you wouldn't either. read more

Drove 3 hours to lake property to have our home carpets cleaned. Moved everything out of home. Our appt was for today, got a text msg this morning they had to cancel. The owner of this business should have moved his schedule around to accommodate us. They knew we had a 3 hour drive to get there and did what they asked us to "remove everything from the house" so they could quickly clean the carpets. They couldn't come out til Monday, but we have to be back tomorrow. I wouldn't use them now even if they could come out tomorrow early morning. Bad business. read more

Highly disappointed in this entire experience. PLEASE READ if you are considering using GTS for carpet cleaning: 1. Bait & switch. Was quoted a price over the phone that was presented as a flat rate. No mention of the fact that the rate was for a simple water-only steam cleaning. He told me the $100 extra in the quoted price included using soap. Soap is considered a premium upgrade? For a cleaning service? 2. Dismissive. During this estimate, Gili was dismissive of every concern I brought up regarding stains and general dinginess in my carpet. He waved away every point by telling me "light carpet is hard to get clean and yours isn't even that bad." 3. Pressure tactic. He then started setting up to begin cleaning without confirming that the negotiated price (still $80 over their initial rate formula) was acceptable. Based on the reviews I saw, I thought maybe his attitude didn't reflect the quality of work, so I gave him the go-ahead. I was mistaken. 4. Half-way effort. Evidently, he didn't think he needed to spend much time on the parts he didn't think were that dirty, because it took him just over one hour to clean almost 200 sq ft of carpet plus two flights of stairs (about 15 steps). This includes time spent standing around on his phone while his machine loudly ran on and the two times he let a bucket of water sit there after it filled while he typed away. 5. Negligence. I asked him to go over some obvious stains again on areas he had already passed over. He told me again "they will never go away completely," but when he did redid as I watched, the second shampoo got rid of almost all of those stains. 6. Disappointing results. Not only do the stairs not look any cleaner, but at some angles they also look worse, as if the grime was spread around. read more

I requested a deep cleaning for a sofa I had purchased through a classified ad. Despite the sofa being in a tight upstairs spot, the challenge didn't faze the technician Henry one bit. He was super kind and did an excellent job. Overall - scheduling was easy, the arrival was prompt, communication was clear, and the service was efficient, thorough, and professional. I would definitely hire again. read more

This is an Honest Review: Mr Steven was responsive for the 1st & 2nd time. I texted him the 3rd & 4th and my guess is that he didn't want to come to clean my hallway at the initial rate he gave me. $100 (15x3 hallway, low pile-commercial grade carpet w/no padding) It's a quick, simple job w/no stains just freshening up, This is an updated/edited honest review. I will not recommend GTS. 2.5 read more

The most unprofessional business ever!! DONT AND I MEAN DOOONNNTT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE! I had booked with them on April 6th , the pictures might as well be before and after the carpet was still sooo socking wet when the "technician" left , he got here exactly at 10 AM and left at 11:15AM when I told the technician HENRY I wasn't satisfied he became soo rude! Saying "I have an appointment at 11 so I have to go just pay me" but how did he have an appointment at 11 if my window was 8-11??? He also then said "ok well I still need to get paid and you can just talk to the manager later we are a "family" company he will help you" it's Been WEEKS and this "family" company has yet to contact me when I called their office I spoke to AMY she had advised me to just give $200 and the boss will get in contact with me regarding the issue Henry didn't like that and said "Amy is just the lady that answers calls she isn't anyone to say that she doesn't know what she's doing" at this point it was a back and forth with the company's employees! They wanted to charge me $450 since they used a "special" soap what a joke! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! If I can give ZERO STARS I WOULD !!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE read more

4/23/25 WATCH OUT, BAIT AND SWITCH. Don't bother, terrible service all around. We called for a deep cleaning of our couch - we were asked for the measurements and were given a quote of $220. We went ahead and scheduled the service. When the technician arrived he barely looked at the couch and went on to his sales pitch and said it would be over $600. We said you quoted us $220 and he said that would barely do anything. He said if we paid him cash he would do a deep cleaning for $350. He only cleaned the top side of the cushions you sit on. The couch looks like crap, some parts were cleaned others were just vacuumed. When we asked him to come back and finish the job he was defensive and we couldn't get a word in, was talking over us and flat out hung up. We called the main number and were told someone would call us in 10 minutes. No one ever called us back. 4/24/25 Today the couches reak with a musty smell from the crappy job that was done to our couches. And we have yet to receive a call or message from this company. read more

Thank you GTS for cleaning my dining room chairs and sofa..I took a chance and found them through an Instagram ad. I sent a pic of what I needed to be cleaned and they were quick to respond and the price was very reasonable. He came to my house 2 days later and was very polite and professional and did the job in a fair amount of time, and most importantly cleaned my chairs and sofa thoroughly! I will definitely use again and refer them out to family and friends. Thank you again! read more

It's like I have a brand new sofa! Steven was very professional when booking it, and Ramon showed up to clean my large sectional couch. He was clean and polite, spoke Spanish and English. He did an amazing job. Buckets and buckets of dirty water kept coming out of my couch. Truly disgusting! (I have a dog!) He steam cleaned it using shampoo and some type of sanitizer, it took about 2 hours all in all. It now smells and looks like new! read more

My carpet is in pretty rough shape so I reached out to GTS for a carpet cleaning. They offered an good price and also cleaned my sofa for a good price. Some of the spots came back on my carpet, but it was because the stains were just too old and couldn't be removed no matter what. I reached out to GTS and they offered to give me a refund for half of the cleaning or they could come back to clean the spots again. I took the discount. Great company and easy to work with. read more
