I hired this carpet cleaning service expecting a professional job, but it turned into a nightmare. Not only did they ruin my Restoration Hardware couch--leaving it stained, discolored, and worse than before--but they also completely ghosted me afterward. I've called multiple times, left messages, and even emailed. No response. No apology. No refund. I'm out thousands of dollars all because I thought I was going to professionals to clean a couch and they ruined it. This company is a scam. They take your money and disappear when things go wrong. If you value your furniture and your peace of mind, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I wouldn't trust them to clean a doormat, let alone an entire home. read more

Service was done incorrectly. They would not use the real machine. Instead they use a machine with our faucet. They made excuses why the carpet didn't turn out clean. The carpet was full of water and it started to smell today. Horrible service! read more

Carpet and Duct Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my handmade Persian Carpets. They were able to do a great job on the silk carpets as well and get the stains out of two wool carpets. Thank you, previous rug cleaners we have used were not successful at cleaning and removing stains from these carpets. You have a new customer! I requested multiple quotes from yelp. This company was one that responded. He gave a fair price and said he was available. When he arrived he immediately doubled the price, then almost uncomfortably wouldn't leave my house when asked, and tried to get me to pay a service for him coming to the house. I had to ask him several times to leave and I wouldn't pay a service fee because he changed the price. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Response: the couch did not have pee. You asked if I had pets. I had a cat (cat hair). All other companies that responded to the estimate inquiry on yelp gave fair prices and asked me questions and even asked for pictures of the items I needed cleaned. I provided all pictures and gave honest answers. You sir are a scam artist and tried to take advantage of me read more

The carpet looks amazing and great customer service! I would recommend this company for future service.

Quick response, great interaction with Fransisco, the tech. He had the place complete in less time than I expected. We were way overdue for a cleaning. Probably closer to a full replacement, but after the service, things are literally 100% better. read more

Shon and another man came and picked up our 11' X 8' rug July 3, 2025. We warned him it was going to be a job and he said it was but it was clean, dry and rolled up for our upcoming move. What a great Guy! Shon obviously takes great care to deliver quality work and we certainly appreciate him and everyone at Carpet and Duct Cleaning! They went above and beyond the call to insure our rug would be dry and secure until we are ready to unroll it in our new home! Highly recommend these guys! Prompt response and a thorough job well done! Less expensive than I expected but a fine professional job! We would use them again but we are leaving! Thank you Shon and Crew!!! I loved the service, they were very quick and thorough. The people were super friendly. I have a dog that just had 3 puppies so my carpet was in very bad condition. It was starting to smell and look disgusting. As soon as they were done my carpet looked brand new again. I have tried multiple other companies but no one could get the stains or smell out. These people got it out quick and easy. I will always call them when I need my carpets cleaned again. read more
