My partner ordered the fish tacos, while I went with the Fried Spicy Honey Chicken Sandwich. The sandwich was outstanding--crispy chicken with just the right balance of sweetness and heat. It's the kind of sandwich I'd happily order again. One amusing moment came when I ordered a Manhattan. I don't think the bartender was normally behind the bar, because he had to look up the recipe before making it. It turned out just fine, and I suspect they have dedicated bartenders working the evening shift. Jaime's may be a little off the beaten path, but that's part of its charm. While the meat was delicious and tender, it could have had even more seasoning on it, and there was an unexpected amount of fat on the shank. Parking is a little awkward given the shape of the shopping center, and the location of the restaurant. It was nice to see signs designating spaces closest to the restaurant reserved for their customers. This restaurant was the go-to restaurant for the family hosting the dinner event.
