    Grove Coffee Shop

This place is beautiful, and perfect for a peaceful morning coffee, the patio is very spacious and the view is great, the barista was very friendly and the coffee is good too! They have a great summer menu and a good variety of flavors.

Best cappuccino in the valley with very relaxing environment. The service was excellent.

Grove Coffee is a gorgeous spot. Located next to "The Grove" church, it's pretty easy to pass by if you don't look close enough. The staff were super friendly and the interior was comforting. Some religious books and decorations but definitely friendly for everyone, even those who don't go to church. I've never been to a religious Coffee Shop, so it was a cool experience. I would say the coffee was average, maybe 3 star quality, but the atmosphere and service made me give it an extra star.

Excellent coffee and flavors with a great vibe inside and outside. Came by for some coffee and we ordered a (S) pumpkin spice latte and a (M) toffee nut honey iced latte - both drinks were really good and both only costed $10! They have a cozy interior with tables and sofas with plenty of outdoor seating and even a playground for kids. The service was quick and she recommended drinks we'd like based on what we like.

Great location for a coffee shop! I wish I lived a little closer, this place is great and is probably one of the most affordable I've been to! There is so much spacious parking so no worries about finding a spot. The outside of the shop is also beautiful tucked away in the groves. The inside is great with lots of seating and areas to hangout. The inside is very modern and fresh looking, the feeling is very positive when you are here. The coffee and matcha we got was great, I had a lavender honey and a matcha. Both tasted great, and were so refreshing. The honey and lavender was not overpowering but a perfect mixture. The price is amazing here, I got the largest size because the price was so affordable! Service was great as well, the guy there was very nice and efficient!

I have no reason to not give this spot 5 stars! I came in on a Friday morning, hoping to work remotely with a change of scenery. The shop was quite and perfect for working and taking calls. It's located on the front side of a church campus. The staff was friendly. Tons of seating in a beautiful space, including shaded patio seating. Coffee was well priced. I payed $5 for a medium caramel oat milk latte... which is unheard of now. I'll be back!

Coffee shops on church campuses are either amazing or really bad, there is rarely a middle ground haha. Luckily grove is awesome! They use piexoto coffee which is definitely an East valley fave. There was a tiny bit of confusion with the Yelp check in but the barista was able to text her manager and figure it out so I got my $2 off latte! I got an oat milk iced latte with cinnamon. So delicious! Was ready fast too. It's cute in here and I loved the lighting. Welcoming environment and I liked the seating options too. Would be a good place to come on a cooler day and sit outside. Def worth checking out!

This is one of the excellent places for working! Tones of seating both inside and outside. Good coffee, and the staff are very friendly. Even though we didn't know the closing time, they didn't rush us at all!

Stopped here this morning, it was our first time visiting. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and the coffee itself was very affordable. I wasn't able to use the check in offer, not sure why they weren't accepting it at this time. We had a pistachio mocha latte and wow it was delicious. The flavor was on point, a little bit of nutty taste mixed with some chocolate. Couldnt ask for a better cup of coffee. The grounds are beautiful, we enjoyed our walk through the tree grove and then sat down and relaxed on the couches they offer for seating. Would definitely come back for another trip!

I went to this coffee shop this morning and very much enjoyed it. The lady working was very nice and gave me a great drink recommendation (the toffee nut latte). I would highly recommend this place!

The Grove Coffee is a great local coffee shop on The Grove Church campus. With the recent remodel, the coffee shop offers more seating than before. The atmosphere is welcoming and genuine. The coffee is delicious. I highly recommend this coffee shop to all regardless of your religious beliefs. :)

They offer complimentary wifi, a shelf of mission-branded merchandise and a menu of herbal teas and unique coffee drinks. Also a small assortment of pastry items. In addition to the regular entrance, they have a huge garage door access so on nicer days they can open up the seating area for fresh air and more of an outside but inside vibe. Staff were friendly barista hippie types but took a while for them to acknowledge us standing there even though there was no line. Ordered one hot tea and a seasonal coffee drink. Neither were great and their pricing is misleading. For example the seasonal drink was supposed to be $5.89 but was charged $7.65 and the tea was nothing more than a basic tealeaves in hot water. We didn't add any items to justify the upcharge but when I brought it to the cashiers attention she was unsure how to adjust the price or offer a refund unless we wanted loose change. SMH. If a Customer pays by Apple pay, they should be refunded or credited in the same way. Seems like a space intended for Co-working or digital nomad types as there were about 4 people with laptops and headphones sipping on drinks. Because of the ultra cool vibe, I'll definitely give them another chance to change my mind if I'm nearby but I think for what we ordered it wasn't a great price to value.

I normally don't write reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to…read moresay something. I stopped in around 6:00 pm to get some work done before a cycling class. The first thing the cashier told me was that the espresso machines were already shut down and that only hot tea was available. I asked what time the shop closed, and he said 7:00 pm. Since I still had time, I decided to stay and purchased tea. After sitting down, I was told--due to construction--that they would be "locking up soon." I assumed this still meant 7:00 pm. I received my tea around 6:10 pm, and by 6:20 pm I was told they would be locking the doors and turning off the lights. At that point, it felt passive-aggressive and misleading. If I had been told upfront that the shop was closing early, I would not have ordered anything. I specifically asked what time you were closing, and that information was not communicated clearly until after I had already paid. Additionally, if the shop is supposedly open until 7:00 pm, it's confusing why the espresso machines were already turned off at 6:00 pm. As for the tea -- 2/10. I didn't even finish it. I'm sure the coffee may be good, but this is the first time I've been to a coffee shop where the espresso machine was shut down an hour before closing. Lastly, as a study space, it's very limited: only two tables with about eight chairs total. There are outlets, but not nearly enough to support people working. Overall, the lack of clear communication and the rushed, uncomfortable atmosphere made this a disappointing experience.
