Kirk was terrific. Deserves much thanks and praise. Took great care in re-caulking walk in shower, re-grouted my sink and countertop, and fixed other areas that needed work. Kirk really did a good job for me. If you need work done, you should hire this company. read more

Prior to my experience with GroutPro, I questioned whether good customer service still existed. Angela, Kirk, and Danny of GroutPro have singlehandedly made me a believer again. From my first phone call/inquiry for a free estimate to a week later to the work being performed, the customer service and quality of work was unmatched. To Angela, thank you for being the kind voice on the other end of the phone. You returned every phone and both expertly and honestly answered each of my questions. Kirk, thank you for your transparency in terms of pricing and schedule flexibility. Although your team had quite a busy week with bigger jobs, you remembered the "little guy" and made time for mine. And last but certainly not least Danny, thank you for the high quality work you delivered last week in restoring my botched grout job. I can't say enough about each of you. God bless you all and the work that you do. I highly recommend the professionals of GroutPro for all of your grout and tile needs. read more

What a flawless and wonderful experience. I had some cracking and damaged grout in 3 showers and being at home more often during the pandemic forced me to address these issues that I'd been ignoring for a while. I submitted a quote request through Yelp and received a very rapid response - in less than an hour - then scheduled an in-home free estimate. Kirk came out and it was clear from the first few minutes that he is truly an expert. He taught me so much about shower and grout issues, as well as incredibly valuable tips about how to prolong the life of the shower and its materials. He has years of experience and is the epitome of a trustworthy and real professional, a just plain nice and thoroughly honest person. Kirk took great care to meticulously examine the issues, match the color of the sanded caulk with laser precision (even though I understood that it is nearly impossible to match new grout or caulk to older grout), and gave a very accurate estimation of the time it would take to complete the work. He walked me through the plan and explained everything very clearly. I booked the work and was happy to see that Kirk returned to do the project. What an outstanding job! He is very attentive to keeping the worksite clean and organized and is very observant and considerate of the client with issues such as wearing shoes or not wearing shoes in the house, turning off lights after leaving rooms, taking care of any grout dust or debris, and he even sprayed down and disinfected the work areas! He let the new caulk settle and then returned later to touch up and make sure everything was even. These are the little details that are the cherry on the sundae when you've already seen a project done so painlessly and perfectly - and at a fair price. A shout-out to Angela (whom I never met, but talked to on the phone to schedule), who was super friendly, warm, and helpful. I would 1000% recommend GroutPro and Kirk to anyone for projects small and big, and while no one hopes to have to have work in the future, I will happily become a repeat client when the time comes. read more

Kirk is an amazing talent who is on time and does fabulous work. He's kind and hard working. He cleans up his work area and leaves it cleaner than he found it. I'd recommend GroutPro without hesitation! read more

They did an excellent job cleaning the bathroom glass doors, regrouting the shower and cleaning the granite. I had to ask them to keep their mask on inside the house and the shower head was not put back on. But other than that, the service was great. read more

Kirk and Joe were simply on top of their game. At the initial consult I knew I wanted to work with this company. I had a competitor out for a quote and wanted them to leave as soon they started talking; they obviously has no idea what to do. Kirk and Joe re-grouted my large outdoor fountain that was leaking. They replaced tiles and reset mortar in the sill. It's good as new and looks gorgeous. It took a couple of weeks to get scheduled for the initial consult and now I know why. They are simply the best at what they do. Thank you so much for your professionalism and love of your craft. read more

2 weeks to get an estimate!? After calling multiple times wondering where our estimate was, I was able to get another company give me an estimate and get the job done before GroutPro could even get their estimate to me. And they emailed it to the wrong address despite calling to confirm! read more

I had them do work in my rental house and they did an awesome job . Definitely will use their services again in the future

Fabulous communication, excellent work. I had my shower and bathroom floor cleaned and sealed. They also added more grout to the shower. I have used another company in the area the past few years and this work hands down was better. The water in the shower seems to dry very quick, I'm hopefull I won't continue to have mold issues. They also sold me this great non toxic cleaner to keep it up as needed. I highly recommend Grout Pro. I felt super safe leaving to go to work, what a bonus! read more

I highly recommend this company for turning your dirty tiled floor into brand new again! I remodeled my bathroom 5 years ago and added beautiful marble mosaic tile with white grout on the bathroom floor. BUT the other tile guys didn't seal it and it was dirty within months. I would get on my hands and knees like Cinderella and scrub like crazy and it still looked dirty all the time. Groutpro saved the day! My bathroom now looks perfect again and will last several years due to special attention and care that Kirk and his employee gave. I will be recommending them to all my friends! read more

Kirk and Sam are incredible, true miracle workers. Not sure how to post before and after pics - but truly stunning. I was going to have to tear out my horrible tile. They made it look like a brand new floor. Great prices, great service = great company. read more

So satisfied with the service Kirk provided! As good homeowners, we like to keep up the maintenance in all our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry rooms at our property. Surprisingly it was difficult to find a company who provides caulking services. So if you need a professional (not a handyman) to recaulk those bathrooms and kitchen sinks, definitely call him! I called around the El Dorado Hills area for quotes and Kirk not only gave a fair quote, but also serviced our home before when the previous owner was the owner of our property! Kirk is super kind and patient and I would highly recommend him! read more

Fantastic Job!!!! Our master shower was missing grout in a good portion of the shower floor. I asked Kirk for two options for getting the work done. We also needed a bathtub regrouted and a kitchen sink recalked. Kirk provided detailed estimates for those options, making my decision easy. Kirk was very detailed, I had both bathrooms tiles cleaned and sealed to boot, making the bathrooms look good as new. Not only is Kirk kind, but also very professional, skillful and efficient. His work is remarkable. I would highly recommend Grout Pro and will certainly use their services again. read more

Chose GroutPro because they had such good reviews on Yelp. I now understand why they receive such high marks. Kirk was very friendly and did an amazing job. Most importantly he actually showed up at the time he said he would arrive!! Have already recommended them to two other friends read more

We had a major bathroom remodel done in the spring, we didn't love the tile job and started noticing bad grout spots and the grout cracking. I totally understand settling but this was a brand new shower. So we tried removing the grout and we wanted to caulk the seams where it was cracking and caulk was appropriate, but some spots were too narrow for us and it seemed too hard to do. So we contacted a couple grout guys through yelp. When we contacted grout pros they told us exactly how far out they were booked for work and when they could get to us for an estimate. Kirk came out to look at it and confirm it was something he would do. We receive an email with a quote a couple days later. When Kirk arrived to do the job he was on time, and he even picked up a caulk that would specifically match our grout job. He was extremely friendly and took the time to do the job right. He didn't rush through just to get paid. He actually waited for it to come out correctly and have a chance to dry some. It turned out better than we hoped for! read more

What a great job by Kirk! So impressed. We moved recently and needed the tile and grout in the new house cleaned badly. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years! About two years after we bought our house, my husband and I were longing to remodel two adjoining bathrooms--even though we'd already had the cabinets and one bathtub refinished. The bathrooms have travertine floors, travertine counters, lots of travertine on the walls, and a shower with travertine on every inch including the ceiling. The walls didn't look too bad, but the floors were really grungy. They had a greasy coating the previous homeowner had applied before sale (Kirk said it was probably floor wax) which attracted and held dirt. Our steam mop would not remove most of it, we were afraid to scrub the travertine hard, so it built up. There were also old stains left by the previous homeowner. The edges of some countertops were seriously pitted. A couple of long cracks had previously been filled with a shade of grout that didn't match the travertine well. We almost didn't call GroutPro because another contractor who saw the bathrooms said there was too much damage to the travertine and he could not improve it. But, as it turned out, GroutPro could improve the travertine. They cleaned and sealed the walls and counters. They polished (lightly sanded) the floors to get rid of the dirt and even out the small pits where dirt was accumulating. They also went over the grouted cracks with a better color. They then put on a sealant. They filled the pits in the countertops, not 100% but the edges are smoother. Kirk said the sealant would last at least three years, maybe five. I wouldn't say the bathrooms look brand new, but they definitely look much better. Kirk also caulked our porcelain tile kitchen counters where they meet the backsplash. The tile contractor had used grout and it cracked, but caulk is more flexible. And a pedestal sink in yet another bathroom that needed re-caulking to the tiled wall. My husband was reluctant to do it because he never caulks neatly, but for Kirk neatness is no problem. Kirk also advised us on how to remove the rust stains deposited by our hard water on the porcelain tile. We had been using Spic & Span and a scrub brush with indifferent success. Kirk advised the careful use of a paint scraper or a window scraper, which I never would have thought of. We am very happy we hired GroutPro and they are much cheaper than replacing all your bathroom tile! read more

Our shower stall was moldy and we had tried everything to clean it up without success. Kirk assured me he could make it look new. Danny worked 1 1/2 days doing his magic. Holy Cow it looks fantastic, so perfect I hate to use it, like new. And the glass is sparkling! Working with them was easy, they were friendly, polite, timely, and kept the area clean. If only I had done this years ago! Thank you Kirk and Danny! read more

GroutPro did a full grout refurbish of my master bathroom and secondary bathroom, both of which were causing a leak to our dinning area downstairs. I originally received a quote from a company recommended by my insurance agency that quoted me $12,000 for a shower remodel. After a few different vendors came to our home I was advised that a full grout repair should address the leak. I found GroutPro after doing some research and they fully replaced the grout in both bathrooms costing me only a small fraction of the $12,000 for a shower remodel. They were very professional and the work took just a little more than one day. Two months later there continues to be no more leaks. I highly recommend this company. read more

I had GroutPro come out and repair and renew my shower and bathroom counter. I had estimates to retile my shower floor because I was so sick of looking at it daily but decided to try out GroutPro instead. I am so happy I did! Kirk came out and gave me an estimate. He was very honest and helpful and when they came out to do the job they worked diligently to make it all look clean and new! Love looking at the shower and counter everyday now! It's so much easier to keep clean too. I would definitely recommend GroutPro! read more

I recently noticed that the grout in both of my showers and along both vanities had cracks. Kirk came out and explained the process to fix it and why it was happening in the first place. He even very quickly noticed that the tile on the shower floor wasn't sloped toward the drain and pointed to the exact spot where I've noticed pooling. He did a great job with the repair and took the time after to explain what he did and some things to consider down the line to fix the slope of my shower. Throughout the entire process, Kirk responded quickly to any email I sent and made sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend Kirk for any grout work. read more

Best Grout repair and cleaning you will find. What a awesome cleaning repair and coloring by Kirk! So very happy and what an improvement. We had moved to a +55 community and the tile and grout in our new house needed cleaning badly. Our floor grout is about 12 years old and had never been resealed, so the daily grim had saturated into the old grout. My wife had tried to clean it by getting down on her knees for several days with scrub brushes and bleach. This helped, but the floors needed more. The floors needed Group Pro. Kirk came out and had it looking like brand new tile in just one day! No, let me say this...The floors look better than new. Kirk was able to not only clean our old grout, he repaired the few cracks we had, then he was able to color and seal the grout from a very light color to a light tan. Beautiful! I cannot say enough about the job he did. He is friendly, prompt, gives a very fair price, and does amazing work! No need to look further. This is your guy! read more

Kirk did a fantastic job with the tile and grout in our kitchen and shower. He even devised a very clever and visually fantastic method of repairing a broken tile on our kitchen counter when it was impossible to find a replacement tile. He was prompt in arriving for the estimate as well as the repair date with excellent communication. Kirk is easy to talk to and very friendly. We would unquestionably recommend him and his exemplary work to anyone without any hesitation. Thanks Kirk! read more

Kirk did an amazing job on our Travertine floors. We were ready to tear them up, but he said he would do his best to make them look new again. He started in the master bath to see how we'd like them. I was so shocked when I saw the finished product, that tears came to my eyes. He proceeded with the entire first floor which is approximately 1500 sq ft. He had to fill cracks and holes, and did an exceptional job. Kirk is such a hard worker, and really knows his craft. His attention to detail is phenomenal. I would highly recommend Kirk to anyone who wants to renew their Travertine floors! read more

Kirk did an amazing job on our showers and kitchen tile. He is such a professional and left us with a "Wow" factor. Our kitchen tile needed stripping and re-sealing and he made the grout color all match again. Our teenagers' shower had needed re-grouting and caulking for over a year. Kirk made it look brand new again. Kirk has excellent customer service and had very competitive pricing. He spent time with us to explain how to clean and care for our tile to keep it looking great. read more

I had Kirk repair two showers and a kitchen sink and he did a BEAUTIFUL job on all three! In all three instances, he went above and beyond. For example, in one of the showers there were 3 dark brown spacers that had never been removed and were way too close to the surface; so they were beginning to show. I had asked him to put a little dab of grout right over the top of the spacer so it wouldn't be seen (this, mind you, was more of a favor since it was not part of the main job for which I was paying). Instead of taking the easier route (quick dap on top), he cut out the part of the spacer that was showing and filled in the hole. He matched the color so perfectly, I literally could not find the spots that were repaired! I was very impressed! He also did other nice gestures: he fixed two cracks--one outside of the shower and one outside the tub and he touched-up several spots that he noticed when doing the other jobs. Kirk is an honest, hardworking, friendly grout pro who takes pride in his work and his prices are fair! I would definitely recommend him to my friends! read more
