LETS DO IT!!!!!!!! So of course I came across their Instagram, scrolling away. So for weeks I'm following (mind you my shop is not far from this place at all and I have plenty of time to get there). Me with eating healthy I try to save sweet treats like this for the weekend but it was time to break these rules for this place. To begin with the store is done AWESOME!!! Graffiti type art on the walls, clever design patterns, LED neon sign light with a catchy phrase (photo supplied). They great you with good smells (coffee, donuts and other breakfast awesomeness in the air), beautiful and real smiles and friendly welcoming atmosphere. I haven't even looked at the huge display case of donuts yet I know I like this place. Now Donuts, D O N U T S, DONUTSSSSS.... Variety that is unmatched!!!! Boston creams, glazed, maple bacons, fruity pebbles, donut sandwiches, flavored coffees, I mean freshness at its finest here. I went with a strawberry shortcake which reminded me very much of the classic bar that was sold on ice cream trucks when I was a kid. This thing knocked my taste buds into ecstasy. I wish I could've had more but I was on my best caloric behavior. With this said it just leaves reason to come back for another visit. My partner got a Boston cream which was huge, packed with filling and said to be super fresh and light according to him, he grabbed his wife a jelly donut (I have yet to get the review from them but I will!!). Off we went to devour these things in our work truck. I would recommend this place to everyone. Next time I'll grab a coffee also although I only drink black but I developed quite the palette for what a "good coffee" is so I'll make sure to update. To Grounds Donut house keep doing what you do! I ordered the rainbow cookie donut and a small cappuccino. The size of the donut was bigger than I expected so I had some leftovers. The cappuccino was alright and the cup was cute. The cashier was very nice and welcoming. My siblings ordered the Dad Bod sandwhich. They cooked everything fresh. read more

It was cold and the delivery did not knock on my door. And the chicken did not have any flavor whatsoever.

These donuts truly are as good as they look. I've been seeing these all over Instagram and was lucky enough to run into the food truck recently at an event. I was able to try the fruity pebble donut and was so obsessed with how thick but soft and flavorful it was. They have a new Bronx location. It is so aesthetic for bloggers because they have a photo wall that is covered in a mossy green background with a neon sign. The staff were super friendly and very quick to take our order even though it was a busy Saturday morning. Although the donuts are different in price, many of the speciality ones are $4. That is pretty pricey for a donut but when I tell you they are super large and worth it, I mean it. What I like is that they change their flavors constantly which keeps it fun and exciting. I've been seeing photos of their s'mores donut online and was sad that they didn't have it when I visited but I will definitely be back for more soon. read more

Grounds opened up in the old "Miles" coffee shop. Miles didn't make it, because they opened late. This place is open early. So it's beautifully decorated, looks like they do all their baking on premises. Coffee selections and donuts are good. They were still bringing out donuts as it was early. The doughnuts!!!! Sooo good! They have a variety of flavors and their doughnuts are a nice size. I have had the maple bacon and the red velvet doughnut. The flavor does not disappoint! Every donut I've had from here has been delicious. Light, fluffy, and not overly sweet. A lot of unique flavors that switch up pretty often. I do love the creativity put into the flavor choices. These are not small donuts and they are not stingy with the toppings either. The space is pretty small and cozy, with only two chairs inside. But I do like the modern look of the graffiti wall and neon signs. The service is always quick and super friendly. Would definitely recommend this place. read more

I personally did not go to this spot but coincidentally enough this popped up on my yelp app as I opened it and I was Hella surprised. These donuts are so gorgeous like drop dead gorgeous. 1 of my colleagues bought a box in for the students to a Saturday Academy we run and man...., This dounut was big and just beautiful. Not overly sweet at all . I ate the glazed dounut so I only speak on behalf of the glazed one when refereing to the sweet of it. The first bite tasted just like I could imagine heaven does‍. After having mind blowing donuts upstate NY (Gracie's Dinette), I've been on a search for a particular type of donut; donuts with really good dough and are not just gimicky...you know the places with fresh donuts with a plethora of toppings. They're a great treat, but only when eaten right away. This place seems to mainly carry yeast donuts....I've seen cake donuts on their menu before, but they only had yeast ones today. The donuts are HUGE; the dough is thick but still fluffy and soft. They were still tasty in the late afternoon and we'll see how they are tomorrow. I wish they were a little smaller so I can have more flavors in one sitting. I'll definitely be back. read more

Cons - Donuts seemed stale (I tasted all 5 we bought). Not sure if they make donuts in house or not. No where on their social media or store front do they mentioned how they are made. Maybe they just buy standard donuts and slap stuff on it. If they make in in house, the smell of donuts would smack you in the face when you walk in. I've tried their doughnuts a few times but was disappointed each time. The doughnut itself is always fresh, light, and airy, but the toppings and fillings always fall short. I just had the lemon blueberry, the blueberry topping tasted like a can of blueberry pie filling, the lemon frosting tasted like a tub of dunkin Hines frosting and the lemon filling also tasted like a can of filling that any chain doughnut store would use.
