At this point, just make it pre-order only! My frustration isn't with them being a small team etc. it's the fact they haven't adjusted business wise to keep customers updated or to increase volume. Additionally, I've waited on PLENTY of lines for viral foods in NYC (iykyk) & have never seen a place sell out AT THE EXACT TIME THEY OPEN! 50% of food businesses fail within 5 years of opening because this industry is HARD. The donuts are absolutely beautiful!!! They look great and they taste even better wow props to whoever makes them. Was scared to try the drink options but I just HAD TO once i saw they had a cinnamon toast crunch iced latte!! DELISH!!! The service there was speedy and the staff made sure I liked my coffee and also asked to make sure I had enough syrup in it, that's something new that I love! The strawberry green tea lemonade is a GREAT refresher that they offer, I would definitely drink this after the gym!! Their iced matcha with vanilla and vanilla sweet cold foam.... TO. DIE. FOR. I am so happy they added cold foam as an option to their drinks, its my favorite lol. My favorite donut has to be coffee cake and maple bacon. They are both so fresh and delicious and I can never get enough of it! Definitely love this places donuts, beverages, staff, and overall environment! read more

The line moved fast, and the workers were extremely helpful as we ordered our rainbow cookies and pignoli cookies with cannoli cream. The pignoli were great...they had that signature almond taste, just right. Very enjoyable. And the cannoli cream center was a nice touch, and very good as well. The rainbow cookies were ok. Admittedly, I have a very high bar for rainbows, so I hold them to a high standard...and they were good, just not as flavorful/almondy as I particularly prefer. In all, Artuso is a great stop.
