Fun place to go with the kids are adults. I always enjoy the dodgeball area! They could stand to do some cleaning on the edges of the trampolines. Makes me wonder how often they clean any of the areas.. But lots of jumping opportunities, lots of fun.

This place is pretty fun for the kiddos. It contained a mixture of activities including dodge ball and rock climbing walls. The front desk staff were really friendly and inviting. The concession stand staff, another story. They were very dismissive and unfriendly. There were not a ton of people so there was no rush or long line, causing them to be stressed. We ordered chicken strips and they were all burned and they still served them to us. We returned them and traded for pizza but it was ALSO burned. We didn't complain but it was very disheartening.

Ground Control trampoline park is an awesome place on Marbach rd - I visited for a bday party and my son had so much fun! The place is well maintained and clean and has alot of different play areas. Even with all the chaos of all the kids running around and playing, the areas are well spaced out and not congested.

This place just keeps getting better!! When they first opened it was OK, now it's awesome! My kids absolutely love it! 1 hour of running around and my hyper kiddos leave tired! Ready for food & to relax! Wrist bands can be purchased for a hour or 2, your pick. Weekday prices are lower then weekends. Be ready to buy the GC socks, they are non slip & work great! There is a snack bar that's of course a little pricey but if your in need of drinks or snacks they are available. Shoe cubby, most kids were using them which helps there not be shoes randomly spread out causing a tripping hazard. Overall this place is a WHOLE VIBE. I love to see my kiddos playing, having fun and making memories at this awesome establishment!! Reminder: If you have older children and there are little ones playing please be sure they are being mindful of the younger kids playing. Also running & shoving is NOT allowed. The staff somewhat enforces the rules. Restrooms: 1 out of order, clean stall & sink area.

Had my daughter 9birthday here a few weeks ago. Not much for the older kids but she really enjoyed it so did my nieces and nephews who are ages 4-7. Our host was amazing and went above and beyond to help me with my party . The guy that checked us in was very friendly very pleasant loove it when customer service is likes this! Place is very clean and pizza was actually good. Definitely recommend for a party kids had lots of fun.

    Fun for all ages.

So. Much. Fun. We've been to trampoline "parks" before. Most are bounce houses and wall to wall trampolines. I loved that this place had more. From the high jump into the foam pit, to the trapeze and kinetic balls - the kids had a blast!! So did the adults, let's be honest. The price was great. This was an awesome way to spend a rainy afternoon and get some energy out.

So we decided to move it to Tuesday TO ONLY get a discount. However we were then informed that "no there is not a 20% off as we are not open during the week. I need to take that advisement off" (Given the fact that we called only for the discount but to get told what THEY have advised is NOT valid is crazy. ) "I get it" (not really) your not open during the weekend but wasn't even offered the discount for the weekend? I don't think anybody would appreciate FALSE advertising. So we went ahead and cancelled and went elsewhere where. (Also waited 10days for a refund. Never received. HAD to call u to check in on it, JUST to get told that they didn't process it. Making the refund take 20days) LASTLY, they were in NO rush to remove the advertisement. Here I provided a screenshot of when we 1st called and then another nearly a month after. (It was on there longer but unfortunately didn't take a 3rd screenshot) Hate to say that we didn't like this location.....and that , that we never even walked in the building.

I've been DYING to go back ever sense. I don't think I can even explain to you how addictive and all consuming the joy of playing these games are. Bonus, it's for sure a work out. If I lived closer I would would be at this joint two or three times a week, and in the best shape of my life. The games are all fast paced and high energy, but does it feel like a workout? Not at all, until you realize when you are so SHWEATY. It's like burst sprints mixed with body weights and maybe some yoga? I just know that I loved it in a way that I haven't loved physical activity since I was in my teens. The staff was all super friendly too. The perfect kind of friendly as well. Polite, informative, but not all fake high energy/chatty like your at a kids camp. It was nothing but good vibes. It was fairly busy when we went, which means we had to cycle through rooms pretty fast, but there are so many rooms! You can always go back for your favorites again later, and some of the ones that "looked" boring were actually the most fun for me. I was practically BEGGING them to give me a membership, but they don't do those... Yet? There was some discussion of some locations offering memberships as a trial run, and that it might become a thing nationwide. *fingers crossed* GO!

Loved the variety of room, didn't love the wait time that counted against your total time if you weren't in a room. Not sure how it would be possibly, but having your minutes tick away while you waited for the groups in front of you to finish with a room was irritating. Our family of five did have a boatload of fun though at 8, 11, 14 and 42. Lots of skills levels so it was good to be able to pick a variety of games. Note to anyone with shorter kids - maybe skip the basketball room as our 8 year old took a rebounding ball right to the face because he was the perfect height. Also, sometimes the rooms don't work. We wasted time in one room because it stopped working and we didn't know. It let us do two full rounds with literally nothing happening. They do fix them fairly quickly, but your time is gone already and you don't get it back ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ This would be great on a weekday where I assume the crowds are smaller. Would do again - we all came out sweaty and smiling.

We had…read moreall these ideas on how to celebrate and spend time together, but the weather in the forecast really killed any ability to plan an outside adventure. Luckily, I had an ace up my sleeve and called an audible by suggesting the new Stranger Things: Catalyst experience at Sandbox VR. My girlfriend is a huge Stranger Things fan. It's one of the first shows she was following from the first season until the finale that she got to be a part of the zeitgeist with. The moment I suggested this, any other plan went out the window because to her, this was a must. This was not my first experience with a VR attraction. I got to try The Void when it was still in business at Disney Springs doing a Star Wars experience, and I remember having such a blast with it. This was my girlfriend's first time in a virtual reality space like this. Sandbox VR is the modern, surviving version of this doing a similar concept of suiting you up in a crazy VR suit with a headset, headphones, and a bunch of other bells and whistles before you enter a new world. The one thing that is different is that The Void had you walking through their space in their experience while here you're set in a box for the most part. Sandbox VR keeps you in one space for the entire duration and plays it out like a rail shooter arcade game. Different concepts, but both highly enjoyable. The staff were helpful in making sure we were all suited up and ready to go and we had our pictures taken right before they put us into the room. Once we had our headsets on, the experience started immediately. What's so fascinating about an experience like this is how immediate your brain just tells you that this is reality. You just believe what you're seeing is real. The avatar of my girlfriend is moving in real time, the catalyst is a tangible object I am holding. I am a Stranger Thing or whatever they call it. From the get-go, you are given a brief tutorial as a training and then suddenly the game goes from 0 to 100 and ramps up expeditiously. My girlfriend was hootin' and hollerin' the whole time as demogorgons (and democreatures as she calls them) were flying up on us and attacking us. You're genuinely in panic as these things get close to you. The anxiety feels real. The audio, the visuals, and everything in between just gets you immersed in it. The experience lasted about 30 minutes and by the end I was sweating profusely. I'm in pretty decent shape, but I was an absolute mess by the end. After all the equipment was taken off, we got sat next to a TV to show us our scores to see who leaves with bragging rights and is crowned the MVP (it was me by the way). On top of that, you are shown three videos of the VR experience that are recorded during your play. It scenes from the virtual world with a real camera that's pointed at you acting like a fool. Here, we got a dance scene from the end of the experience, a vertical video, and a horizontal trailer. Each were extremely humorous and given to us free of charge with our purchases. I know it works as free advertising for Sandbox VR to give you those videos to post online and all that jazz, but places like this still seem to charge for the memories. To get them included for free as a little keepsake is an incredible gesture and makes me want to try another experience. As for the videos themselves, they are still frying me, and I've watched them numerous times since the experience. If you are a Stranger Things fan, the Catalyst is a must-try. For someone who's only seen 3 episodes but has a good understanding of the show through osmosis from my girlfriend, I had a blast. Even if you're not a Stranger Things fan, there are 10 other experiences to try. The price with everything considered was pretty fair, and we truly had so much fun that I think it was worth it with what value we got out of it. The 20 second video we got of my girlfriend screaming the entire time might get played at our wedding one day. Who knows! RIYL: An experience out of this world

There was one young lady working the front desk alone and maybe 5-7 guests in front of me. We waited almost 25 minutes to be helped. There was a fast pass lane for guests who purchased tickets on their phone or have memberships, but there was no one to help them and no kiosk to DIY. The young lady helped the guests as they entered the establishment, not based on what line they stood in. The entire place was filthy. You can see visibly soiled pads all over. The trampoline pads were discoloured from being so dirty. I did not notice broken trampolines, so that was a positive. We went to the ball pit. Many of the balls were broken, deflated, and outright filthy. You can tell this area has not been cleaned in years. The white balls appeared dark gray and even black. I will say the actual equipment the kids played on was intact, so that was the one good thing. The jungle gym for 7 and under was even more disgusting. The floors are visibly soiled and had literal debris on them. You can tell this is not from a single day of crazy kids, but rather an accumulation of lack of maintenance over a long period. The floor tiles were moved, missing or torn. And incredibly filthy... So if a child were to fall, he or she would surely be injured on the concrete floor. An obstacle on the course was missing, but the hole in the floor was still present with the metal pole area exposed. The entire gym had discoloured pads from not being cleaned, ever. Some items had torn pads or graffitis pads (what kids ages 7 below write graffiti?) there was trash scattered inside. You can tell there is zero sanitation. The perimeter of the jungle gym area, where staff stores supplies/equipment was filthy and not maintenance. Floors were visibly soiled with dust balls and debris everywhere. Some items were just thrown in places with no order. The foam cube pit with the knock down things looks like it's too, needs TLC. The bean was duct taped in the middle (not sure if this was to help fix a flaw or to show the middle of the beam), and the foam cubes are very torn and obviously have not been changed in years. The metal gate at the jungle gym, to access the gravity area, was opened and not guarded. There was a single staff member present at the top at all times, but this still seemed unsafe. I saw at least 15 employees, who all looked to be teenagers or early twenties. One gentleman who seemed to be in his twenties. I assume he was the manager. Some of the teen employees were often grouped together messing around. I did like that they all wore matching shirts to identify themselves, but the bottoms were all different colours and styles. I feel they should make this lore uniform and say "black bottoms, any style" instead of "whatever bottoms you want". I noticed some of their shoe choices were black slides. Not sure if they have a closed toe or no shoe policy, seeing as how all guests need to have only socks on. There were no staff members monitoring the attractions. The only one I noticed was the gravity line because they had to harness the kids and the Rock wall. Thankfully I did not see the kitchen area because I feel I would have been equally disappointed and even more disgusted since its food and drink were dealing with. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FACILITY. We paid almost $70 to visit this day, it was a waste and I will not be returning until the place is sanitised and maintained clean.
