BBQ Chicken & Pastele Combo with Gandule Rice 3. Pork Belly & Pastele Combo with Gandule Rice 4. BBQ Chicken Plate The food was okay. The chicken, rice and mac sald was a little bland but we were hungry so we ate some of it but did not finish it. I was hoping it was better that it was. It also took them a little while to get us our food. It could have been that they were very busy and short staffed as I saw another employee arrive while we were ordering. I am willing to try it again as the do have potential in the food and their menu sounded really good.

I got the #3 Hapa Burger (added jalapeños and creamy wasabi sauce) with a side of fries. Let me just tell you... MEAN. The flavor of the dill sauce mixed with the creamy wasabi sauce had a perfect balance of flavors. The patty had a teriyaki glaze which wasn't too sweet or overpowering. The bibimbap had a variety of vegetables that made the dish look colorful. It came with bulgogi and an egg, and it was seasoned well. It also came with gochujang on the side, which I appreciated since my daughter can't eat spicy. My husband says the Kalbi plate was very good. It had a hint of sweetness and didn't feel dry. The kimchi pancakes had a nice crisp and and it was tasty. Next time, we will have to try the seafood pancake from there. If you see a red tent with "city mill" on it, most likely you are in the right spot. Certain food setups give you hints the food is about to be on point. This is one of them. There isn't a fancy sign or over presentation, mostly just delivery. The two folks under the tent (I'm assuming they were the owners and operators) were friendly and to-the-point. I glanced over the menu quickly and selected the number 1 because I was kind of pressed for time. It was one of the best gourmet dogs I've tried. It had slaw and chili on it. I opted to have cheese too. You can pretty much customize your dog however you desire. I'll probably get a different next time until I work my way through the menu. The prices of the options are listed on the menu. The operators told me they have a IG page @bustyomoufllc and I could go there to see their schedule. The flavor is more on the subtle side compared to how it looks. I wish the sauce had a stronger flavor to it. The cheese also didn't add to much flavor either, so it tasted pretty close to the original. There's also a decent amount of rice, so it at least somewhat fills you up.
