The kids were tired From Being in the car all that time and I needed to get them to the place we were staying and make dinner. When I got to the house I started unloading our belongings and realized that there were dirty spots on the car. The back door looked like it barely even got it wet. It still had hand prints on the back from my kids. Needless to say I wasn't going to drive all the way back that evening so I went as soon as they opened the next day. I showed them my receipt and had them look at the car but because I didn't catch it while I was still on the property they refused to give me a new wash. They said it was their policy even though they admitted that it was a bad job on their part. The back door was my biggest issue but when I mentioned the drivers side door having a decent sized spot they said oh yeah there's part of our car wash that's broken and it's leaving spots. We are getting that fixed. Needless to say I was pretty upset. They absolutely won't do anything about it unless I buy another wash from them. They said if I had come back before closing time they would have rewashed it but since it is the next day they won't do it. I will NEVER go back and if I get half a chance I will tell everyone not to go.

Has 6 bays. 2 are pull through with trailer 2 are pull through no trailer 2 are machine car wash. There was one car in line for the pull through bay so we took the machine off the trailer and went into the other one. Super easy and user friendly. Today I drove over to the car wash to try to talk to someone. No one here and one of the garage doors had come down on a jeep and the jeep bent the door getting out from under it. The door is stuck open . I tried calling to report the door but only getting answering machine. I decided to wait as I figured someone would eventually show up to close the door. It's currently 14 degrees. While I was waiting I watched a truck in another lane get hit by the exit door as he was driving out . He stopped but was stuck in the truck. Another customer n knew how to push the button to raise the door so he could leave.

They also let us know that they had marked the trail which made us so much more confident when driving through streams. They were kind and knowledgeable as to which side-by-side would be best for us. We were the second people to use their Commander-it was in tip top shape. We even ran into the owner while on the trail. Great guy, amazing business! Don't go anywhere else! They didn't push anything on us and were so helpful. We will be returning! We highly recommend using them.
