When we exited, the disappointment set in: dirty, streaky windows remained. This caused me to step out and discover a really not good car wash -- especially for the price. Dirty, uneven wash. What started as a good-intentioned gift ended up as a $20 disappointment.

In terms of quality, this location only offers one foam brush attachment and one pressure washer. Most self wash car location at least have the tire bush or separate soap gun. Has 6 bays. 2 are pull through with trailer 2 are pull through no trailer 2 are machine car wash. There was one car in line for the pull through bay so we took the machine off the trailer and went into the other one. Super easy and user friendly. The station attendant, Kelvin came right over and helped me get started. As I was cleaning the inside of my car, he inspected the wash job, and felt it wasn't up to standard, as there was still crud on the sides and my hubcaps were still black - so he invited me to come around again and he would send me through again for free. What outstanding service! He followed up with me again to make sure that my car was properly cleaned. Voila - no crud, no dust, and sparkling silver hubcaps! It's currently 14 degrees. While I was waiting I watched a truck in another lane get hit by the exit door as he was driving out . He stopped but was stuck in the truck. This was the Alpine wash, the highest tier wash and it left extremely obvious dirt all around the car, wheeled tires and windows. 30$, two people to tip to "dry" the car, and it's not half as good as other options around. They also let us know that they had marked the trail which made us so much more confident when driving through streams. They were kind and knowledgeable as to which side-by-side would be best for us. We were the second people to use their Commander-it was in tip top shape. We even ran into the owner while on the trail. Great guy, amazing business! Don't go anywhere else! They didn't push anything on us and were so helpful. We will be returning! We highly recommend using them. We were even able to rent a trailer from them which made it half the price of getting it delivered, but how great is it that they deliver?!
