At the end when I got home it looked like it was half washed. Today I took the car back and showed the attendant of the poor wash job. He agreed it was a poor job, he couldn't get a hold of his boss so he said he couldn't make the decision to wash it again, and sent me on my merry way... So you think I'm going Tobe back.. NOT!!

Crystal, our Chaz appraiser, was amazing at gathering all the damage for the insurance company to review. USAA said that she is one the best that they work with. Our truck was reworked to showroom condition. New door installed + alot of sheet metal reworked and replaced. The truck was repainted on site in the middle of an Alaska winter.
