Hidden behind an ice cream place, we had seen some recommendations and decided to try. This is a DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE restaurant. First, you're welcomed like you're family. Family-owned business, they truly care that you have everything you want or need. Second, the food is so tasty, made with care, nothing pulled from a freezer and thrown in a microwave. My husband had the brisket: I swear, that might be the best brisket I've ever had in my life I had the pulled pork sandwich: so tender, loved that I had enough for lunch the next day BIL who had driven past multiple times: Now I'm mad I didn't come in here before today SIL: regarding the fried pickle sample we were offered, "I'm getting those next time" We all sampled each others' sides, monster fries, mac & cheese overload, baked beans, southern green beans, Texas potatoes, collard greens. Every item was memorable. They also do catering. Hmmm, maybe I should get a pan of pulled pork & the overloaded mac to put in my freezer for "an emergency" And ladies, thank you so much for your hospitality. Our family reunion had a catered meal from Grill't, and boy was it good! I found out that anybody can go in and buy food; it's not just a catering business. A few days later, I got to go to Grill't. I got the brisket, the cheesy potatoes, and creamy cole slaw. My grandson was pleased with the hot dog and French fries. Food isn't the only thing Grill't is good at. I walked in and felt as if they had been hoping to see me. Their service with a smile and a "God bless you" was the icing on the cake, or in this case, the sauce on the brisket. It's a family-owned business, and the customer can tell that the people working there are interested in customer satisfaction. I think I'm going to be starting a habit. read more

Come here to be treated like royalty. Sweetest servers alive. The love of God radiates from them. I had ribs "dry," no sauce. They were fall off the bone, great smoke, but WAY too salty. Baked beans were dark & very sweet, which is okay with me, & laced with bacon. French fries are seasoned, delicious, and crisp. Mac & cheese is pale, soupy, and not very appetizing. Everyone seemed to enjoy their pulled pork & chicken. Good brewed tea with timely refills. Would love to try the slaw and greens, but they were out at 7:30 p. Some of the most amazing food you ever put in your mouth! I had the pulled pork, Texan potatoes and Cole slaw. My sister had the same except for baked beans instead of the potatoes. I tried her baked beans and nearly had a fit over how incredibly delicious they were. I cannot wait to go back and take friends and family with me. I wish the building was closer to the road as Weenie World blocks them from view. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient. Miss Debbie runs a tight ship! What a great experience. Great, locally owned business. Grill't started as a food truck, and they had a great turnout no matter where they popped up. They opened up a permanent location earlier this year, and they are continuing to turn out fantastic food. So far, we have tried their Burgers, King Philly Cheesesteak, Smoked Chicken Wings, Ribs, and Loaded Monster Fries. All were fresh and amazing. Portion sizes are huge, and the quality is well worth the price. Anthony and his family are amazing people, and deserve your support. Currently they only offer drive-thru and carryout. This restaurant has some of the best food I've had the pleasure of trying in a long while. There's a variety of food on the menu, I tried the pulled pork with slight spicy but still sweet bbq sauce as well as fried and Mac and cheese. I am not exaggerating when I say the sandwich was the best one I've had in a very long time, if not ever! The Mac and cheese was delicious and the fries were seasoned amazingly! And if the food wasn't enough to try this place out, the staff are so very friendly and homely, you almost feel like family when you eat here. 110% recommend coming here at least once!!!!! read more

My whole family absolutely loves this place! The food is spectacular (I would recommend the pulled pork sandwich). The customer service is amazing, and they are always extremely welcoming and friendly. The food comes out very fast too. I know that a lot of order take-out there, but my family is very large, so we often eat there; it is very nice. They have cute little signatures on the walls of the people who visited. Grill't in New Castle IN is amazing. They catered a 50th birthday party for 50 people last weekend. The food was simply AMAZING! We had pulled pork and pulled chicken bbq sandwiches along with Mac n cheese and green beans! Try Grill't in New Castle for dinner tonight or to cater your next event! The food, full rack of ribs, fries, coleslaw, and green beans were all top of the like. I've paid double in Indy at restaurants that were not half as good as this place. It's well worth the drive/stop to try it. Personally I think they underestimate the quality they serve. Both women we dealt with were phenomenal, all around nice food and atmosphere. The place doesn't look like much when you pull up but once you enter through the front entrance, you're instantly greeted with open arms and amazing smiles. Little hole in the wall place but the best Mac and cheese you will ever have. The service is superb they treat you like family and I have yet to try any food that wasn't fantastic. I would suggest the fried pickles they are delicious. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. Definately stop by if you are in the area you won't regret it. read more

We just happened upon this restaurant during a cross country trip. We've been all through the south and had some pretty good BBQ in Texas but Grill't is SO much better!!
