After more than 10 years of what I thought was satisfactory service an inspection was done at the…read moretime my home was sold. This found active severe mice infestation as well as bats. This was well documented by inspection with pictures. When I contacted Rose they claimed that this was just old activity and they refused to provide any further remedy. I had to pay another company $2,000 to remedy the situation. Shortly after this I received a bill from Rose for $150. I called and told them that in light of the situation I felt this was billing for services NOT rendered. They proceeded to turn this bill over to collections!

Called them as I was looking to start some preventative services now that I have a not so tidy…read moreneighbor next door. Online it says if you call before 2pm they do same day service. Well I emailed at 4am on a Wednesday, got a call by 8am, set up payment and said first available was Saturday 2-4pm (ok morning problem) well Friday night I get a call from I believe he said his name was Brian and he asked if I still needed service and said he'd be by the next day between 10am-12pm. I told him I already had Comcast coming at 10am as I was told he was coming 2-4pm... so he would need to come closer to noon. Now it was almost noon and no Brian.. I call their office and ask what's going on as I was told my time switched to earlier and was told he had 2 others prior to me to stop at and he'd be to my house by 1:30... 1:30 came and went. I figured maybe he put me back at my original time and waited until after 4pm to call and finally ask wth happen to him now that I've waisted my whole entire Saturday on waiting for this company. I was told that they're closed until Monday so they'd have someone call me Monday to see why Brian did a no call no show... Monday comes and I have a lady trying to tell me that the rep couldn't locate my house... umm he had my number and I had no missed calls so come up with another unacceptable excuse, and waste someone else's time. Skip this headache and go for Terminex

He also noted carpenter ants infesting a nearby tree and sprayed for those also. I noticed an immediate reduction in the number of ants in my garden and deck, and in a very short span of time, eliminated any sight of them. He explained over the phone what he would do and the price. I would recommend Rob! I will call him again in the future if I ever have Bee problems. We had some mice activity in our home. Those annoying intrusive vermin were driving us crazy. They…read morewere coming through the kitchen holes, which we patched up, and we could hear them scurrying through the walls at night and during the day. After doing some patching up holes and killing some of them with traps, it wasn't enough. We called Patriot Pest Control and they sent Jason to us. He got all the holes around the house, that I missed, patched up. He set baits and it wasn't long that we haven't heard mouse activity within the walls nor do we see mice droppings. Talk about peace of mind!!! He also sprayed the house. Later on I noticed wasps a few weeks later and he came out without me calling to spray not just our house but around our property and shed. They say if there are wasps or any insects that happen to come, they will spray again for free as an ongoing maintenance service. They are very helpful, trustworthy and results were evident.

We had Patriot come out today and spray for mosquitoes. My niece had them spray her yard last year…read more(this year also) and she highly recommended them. I called them, talked to a super nice lady on the phone and they squeezed us in. What a pleasure it is to walk outside and not get covered in mosquitoes. Their spray is people and pet friendly when it dries. What great people and great service. Highly recommend them!!!!

The company I went with called as soon as I posted the question and gave me a price for an inspection which would apply to the treatment IF a treatment was needed. treatment price would depend on what they found during the inspection. When I went back to check on the estimate from Bugzilla, there was no mention of an inspection prior to treatment or what the treatment would entail, just a price which seemed very high to me. Since I already had an appointment set up with another company I didn't follow up any further. My apologies for not letting them know.
