My wife and I stopped in last week for a couple of coffees and bagels. The coffee is hands down the best I've ever had in the county and the bagels were delicious and fresh. This place is so good that it makes me want to drive from a town over just to get it! The service was wonderful and the lady working even offered to help carry everything to our table. Donald was super sweet and even gave my wife a squirrel shaped cookie as a treat because we told him we were on our way to a doctor's appointment as she's pregnant. I've seen complaints about pricing, but honestly you're getting what you pay for here. I consider it more valuable than some of these other coffee shops that only charge a couple dollars less for their drinks. If there was one critique I could leave is that there should be sip lids for drinks that have cold foam on top, but I know this business is new, so I'm sure that will come in time! read more

Honest and unpopular opinion? Grey Squirrel has great potential, but needs a lot of work. Hubby got a 12 oz White Squirrel (no whip) for $8.50 and it was luke warm immediately upon receiving and very average tasting. He also got a plain bagel and the tiniest container of "spread", for $5.50. Avocado Toast is tasty (small portion), but overpriced at $9.00. Lastly, I enjoyed my Americano, but for $33 total (with a $3 tip), sadly, it wasn't worth it. May try again in a few months. read more

I ordered the sweet honey latte. It was very delicious and the milk was steamed perfectly. The microfoam texture was perfect. The cinnamon on top is a great addition for cinnamon lovers. The inside searing is plentiful and there are luxurious couches. The is an off brand jenga game which was very fun. As my partner and I left the barista told us to enjoy our day. This new spot is very nice inside and the drinks are good but the food is priced ridiculously. I got the lox bagel and cream cheese. It's $16 and was about 5 bites of food. The toast was $11 and that was about 4 bites. I'm a small person and I definitely left hungry both times. If they are going to charge a hefty price that's fine, I don't mind paying, but I do expect to get my money's worth and I just don't feel that I do at this spot. read more

I recently visited The Grey Squirrel Manor and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. It is a very charming establishment with a warm and a great addition to Windsor Square. The atmosphere is cozy and the location is excellent. I also wanted to give a shout-out on the service - to Jimmy for preparing a delicious salmon lox bagel with perfectly fresh salmon, and Donnie for crafting an incredible spicy chai latte with a cinnamon dusting--easily one of the most flavorful drinks I have had in a long time. Wonderful coffee, just what Windsor needed!! The "honey bee" was delicious. It's their soft launch so I don't want to be too critical. However, they need to fire the barista with the glasses. She was reading her Apple Watch text messages instead of making coffee and when asked a question was very rude. Yikes! The guy greeting us, Donald, was fantastic! So friendly and welcoming. We will absolutely be back! And hopefully as they get more established they get a better barista :) read more

This place is outrageously cute and stylish, and the space is phenomenal. I saw some stuff on social media but it did not prepare me for this. I am going to bring everyone I can here. Chic and eclectic seating inside with a full patio of French-bistro style chairs outside with sun and shade. It's fun choosing where to sit. I got the Honey Bee latte iced with espresso (there's a matcha version also) and it was perfection. I'm always searching for a good vanilla latte and this thing pleases with vanilla bean and locally sourced honey. A+++ I also got one of their Mexican Pig molasses cookies (in the shape of a squirrel of course) and it was just the right amount of sweetness to pair perfectly with any latte. The whole staff is clearly happy and excited to be there, which is refreshing to see and adds to the playful ambiance and joyful atmosphere. And the owners Donny and Jimmy were so nice! The fact that they're out and chatting with customers is admirable and you can't help but share their enthusiasm for this passion project. Everything on the menu looks delicious and I'm excited to go back. I live in Santa Rosa but it's definitely worth the drive. 10/10 would recommend you stop by and see the hype for yourself. read more

Very cute place...similar to the one before except for the decor...love the theme...coffee and pastry were very good...my critique is no.1 you need a bigger pastry case with better lighting...I could barley see what's in it and the girl was unsure what the pastries were...my muffin was delicious though and was told it was from a local baker! No. 2 the gentleman that was making the drinks had in ear buds and when I asked him a question he didn't even look up! that's a no! no! He also never called any of our names out when our drinks were ready (six of us) so we just kept going up asking is this ours? Is this ours? With no reply ( ear buds) we just looked at the name a took it...no. 3 When we walked in there were few people in line but by the time we left the line was pretty long ( it was Farmers Market Day ) but I saw three girls just standing in the back talking!!...as a business owner this makes me crazy! I'm sure they are inexperienced and are not sure what to do, but they needed direction and no one was there that could give them that from what I saw...I will definitely be back and hope the kinks are worked out but it's going to be more of a special occasion trip because I can't afford the Mocha several times a week like I usually get at Starbucks...I know the prices of everything have gone up but it seems the cups get smaller...maybe a rewards card might help! read more

Everything went well. Excellent service, excellent beverages and selection. Just enough choice without being overwhelming. Friendly and caring staff. Just had our second visit and was happy to see they were busy. They handled it like absolute pros. If all goes well I plan on going every weekend with my laptop to do research and study new things. I went to Grey Squirrel Manor for the first time this morning and was blown away by the atmosphere! I love the incorporation of grey squirrels as they're abundant in Windsor. The decor is so cute, it feels very outdoorsy and homey, yet still modern. There's a bunch of cute 'Windsor' merch like beanies and crew neck sweaters. The staff were very friendly -- I ordered the Honey Bee and it's so delicious! I also got a mini concha which is fresh and everything I hoped it would be. Cafe Noto was perfect. I loved their somewhat recent makeover. I really miss them and resent that after all these years someone paid more to take over and charge the customers too much. This new coffee shop is awesome! When we walked in we were impressed with the decor, it was cute and cozy. Every single member of the staff was kind and helpful. I had the honeybee (?) I think that's what it was called. It was a latte with honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. Yum! I'll definitely order that again. On the way out we noticed the patio which had lots of seating and will be a great place to hang out in spring and summer. First, the good ...Location and setting was very nice. Loved the wallpaper all around and the cute squirrel stuff for sale. Staff was professional and efficient. Here's my reason for the missing stars: prices were high, but that was to be expected and within reason given the location. That $5 really cute squirrel cookie was... I hate to say it, but the worst cookie I ever tasted. I've tasted a lot of cookies in my lifetime! It had no flavor which could've been easily remedied with a few spices such as cinnamon, cloves, etc. and completely lacking sweetness! Maybe the baker was new and forgot a couple ingredients. The chocolate chip cookie was good enough, too sweet and fat saturated for my taste, but typical for a chocolate chip cookie. The peach tea was quite weak in flavor. I guess too much water in that little tea pot for the teabag. The coffee, however, was excellent. Oh, and they don't accept cash. read more
