The finance team was smooth and straightforward, making the process way less stressful than expected. And two weeks later, I even got a follow-up from both the service team and finance team just to check in and make sure everything was going well. That level of care and communication really sticks with you. Overall, just a solid, positive experience from start to finish.     I will not be taking my car back here to get serviced again. They're not good at communicating with…read morepeople who do not understand cars nor do they fully document what they've reviewed. They said they fixed my vehicle and within a week it stopped working. They told me I needed a new battery but I took it back to the auto zone I bought it at 3 months ago who tested it at 100%. Never once on the paperwork or via phone was it explained that they did a deep dive test that found an issue that might not register directly on a more surface level test by autozone but no one reviewed that with me or made any note about it on the original paperwork that I could show autozone relating to my concern. I reached out to speak with a manager regarding my concerns 4 different times and not once did they reach back out to me. I wish I could just ignore my clients I don't want to talk to - highly unprofessional. I will be complaining to Subaru corporate about my experience. Do not take your vehicle here. I will be going to Vancouver next time. I finally heard back from a a manager who basically didn't give a crap about what had happened. He said that I left messages with a third party call center so he never was truly notified about my concern and didn't seem terribly concerned and just got mad at me that he hadn't gotten contact as if I would know who is fielding my call when I dial the service information listed on the Gresham Subaru website.

Our salesman, Seth was very nice and helped us quite a bit by going to another dealership to pick up the exact color we wanted. They matched the price by the other dealer. When we talked final numbers, there was a charge for cilajet, a coating they put on the seats and paint. We had made it clear we did not want that from the beginning but they charged us $1495, because the other dealer had put it on, but took the price down when we objected. The following day, Mark Harris, the manager called us to see if we were happy with our experience and my husband again told him about the cilajet. Mark made a good compromise with us, so in the end it wasn't that important. We are waiting for a partial refund check from them. We enjoyed Hamid, our financing was very easy since our credit is excellent and he went through our credit union. All the people we talked to have been very pleasant. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it takes hours to complete the process, it would be awesome if somehow buying a car could be quicker! I should also mention we traded in a vehicle and was given a decent trade in value. The car was definitely worth more, but the convenience of trading it in was best for us. We were very happy with Seth and Hamid and impressed Mark cared enough to call.

You'd think this would be an easy search, but it was nothing but frustrating. I was pretty much ignored in all the "big name" stores. What I would have given for someone to simply point me in the right direction! I just wanted to buy a simple roller shade. How hard could this be for them? And then I walked into Advance Auto Parts on E. Powell in Gresham - and KNEW I had finally found my place. No sooner did I walk in the door than "Brett" asked if I needed some help. When I mentioned wanting a roller sun shade, he went to the back and personally brought out the one he used for his own car! "These work really well for me," he said. "Want to see if it works for your car, before you buy?" With that, we went outside and tried it on my car. It was perfect. (The price was really reasonable, too!) Now THAT was good customer service! That Brett would take the time to "demonstrate" a product, to make sure it would work for me was a very kind (and darned impressive) thing to do. I hope Advance Auto Parts pays this man well. I had a factory defect on an item I purchased at another Advanced Auto Parts store, and they accepted the return here. Funny thing was the second item I bought (at this store), also had a defect. However, they accepted a return on that one too. The third purchase got it right. The product defect was no fault of theirs by the way! Thanks guys, you're my choice when it comes to my automotive needs !
