Treat you like ROYALTY before you buy.. but after they get your money.. they treat you like dirt. In my opinion I think they should have to go to court for what they have and are doing to us. My husband and I are completely furious with them. They made me feel bad and won't help us with our truck that we purchased there costing us over 44 thousand dollars!! Definitely NOT a -customer is always right- kind of dealership. Go anywhere else.. but not GRESHAM DODGE.. We feel that Andrew Suvanvej is all talk and really plays the gum chewing salesman role. I feel he is too young to run a dealership and lacks experience and certain skills to help retain customers. Mr. Knutzen in the Service Department played the -my hands are tied card- Ya right. Just fix the truck like you are supposed to do under warranty. My husband and I will not ever go back. This has been a 2 year ordeal and we are 100% completely done with them. Try Tonkin or someone else. In all my years of dealing with people they take the cake. Just remember that they treat you like DIRT after you buy. Also that African American owner is a real piece of work too... Looks like he has upset people all over the place. Do your home work and buy from a dealership with a good reputation.. or else you will find yourself writing bad reviews like I am right now. With all sincerity we are very upset with them and don't want other to experience the same thing we felt. My husband and I are extremely fair and forgiving, if they even made some attempt in a repair I wouldn't have written this review. We have 9 seperate items that need attention. They won't honor a single one of them. Maybe Andrew you should be representing your company instead of hiding behind other's that have long since left your facility!!.. Sound like you need to ask Paul what to do again. After years and years of waiting.. a statement like "he bought his truck in 2002".. really is dumb... since it failed under warranty and Gresham Dodge STILL won't fix it.. Bought a new 2016 Chrysler Town & Country Van at Gresham Dodge on Super Bowl Sunday. It was my first car buying experience and Gresham Dodge made sure it was going to be a good one! Everything went nice and smooth from deciding which option of van I wanted to buy to negotiating the price to picking up the van the following day. After checking 10+ dealerships in the area for NEW 2016 Chrysler Vans, Gresham Dodge was one of the few to even have any new vans in stock, but also the only one to have so many left in stock to choose from. Initially went in to buy the Anniversary Edition Van but was bummed out to find that it wasn't the most fully loaded option that was made. Gresham Dodge worked with me and found my perfect ideal most fully loaded van possible at another Dealership. We made a deal and negotiated the price and they bought the van for me and we picked it up the next day. Kuddos to Eric, Jay, Lars, and Jose. Jose stayed 1.5 hours and showed me all the ins and outs on the van and all the buttons and options and synced my cell phone and preselected my radio stations and overall just made sure I was happy with the van and that I was comfortable and familiar with the vehicle before I left the lot that night. So major A+++ 5 Stars to him for all he did and for great customer service!! I really appreciated that due to being a busy hectic life and working mom. All in all, everything was great and my experience with them was wonderful. Will definitely use them again in the future!! I have a 2010 Grand Cherokee that I purchased a couple months ago from out of state. Nice, low mile Jeep. A few days later it lit several lights and I took it in for the service department to take a look at. We also own a 2007 GC and had great work done on it at Gresham Chrysler Jeep about three years ago. Jeremy Sween is the new service manager and he understands customer service, going as far as taking a ride with me to figure out an annoying mystery noise. In a busy shop, this goes above and beyond good customer relations. It proves that these folks really care and will take the time needed to cover all bases when it comes to diagnosing a problem. Jeremy hooked me up with Toby Osborne, a great service writer who also "gets it" when it comes to taking care of his customers. Toby stayed in constant contact with me to keep me up to date on what they were doing to my vehicle and why. Their tech addressed the issues with my '10 and took the necessary time and steps needed to ensure the job was done right. I could not be more impressed with the level of concern demonstrated not only by the service department but by Sean Tolan, a sales professional who took the time to talk with me about my vehicle and the issues I was having. This dealership has earned my lasting business and I will be returning with our '07 soon for some maintenance and repair. Terrible service here, and not just a 1 time deal. I bought a brand new truck and brought it in for each and every service here. I would expect that since it has had full synthetic oil used AND requested, that they would actually do that? Nope, they put standard multi weight in after it had been running the full synth. I towed a trailer with electric brakes, but they were not working, yet they did with my other truck, so while I had it in service, asked for it to be fixed too. 3x I was told after they were done that they didn't have anyone available to fix it and I could wait until next time OR schedule another trip just for that issue. Finally, next appointment in, they had someone there to fix it and came back saying a bad 7 way plug was the culprit. That's kinda funny, cause it still didn't work??? I pulled out my multi meter and discovered NO POWER and the fuse was blown. Fixed it and never a problem after that. How about customer care? Called service manager 2x and left msg on different days, still no call back. I had to call to let them know these problems and to add the latest one. I paid $461 for an oil change and fuel filters, but a soon after that, truck monitor says I need to change them again... wtf? With the quality ( or lack of) service you'd have to question if they even changed them, or did they just forget to reset system. Either way, bad service and most importantly, not even a call back! read more

I can't say enough positive things about these guys. Seriously. It was absolutely the best shopping experience I've had. If all of my local businesses were so nice, straight forward, easy and transparent, I'd probably shop online less. If I could afford or needed more than one vehicle, I'd go back just to support them. I'll definitely give them my service and accessory business. Everyone, from the sales team, sales manager to the finance/business manager was a treat and not once did I feel like I was on the defense (you know the anxious usual car buying experience I'm talking about). Please visit these guys and give them a chance. If they can, they'll work with you and get you the best deal available at the time. My guess is even if they don't have something you want right away, you'll leave thinking you want to come back anyway. Who says that about a car dealership? Don't know about the service department, but the sales department was on top of everything for me. I received great discounts off sticker price through my insurance company program, including a couple of other rebates/discounts. I went through 3 different models searching for something my older mom could get in and out of easily. Very patient, upfront, answered all questions, walked through all the mechanics of moving parts in the interiors. I asked certain questions I read up on in auto publs online and they didn't try to snow me but totally agreed on and discussed some things I asked about. So I found the 2 guys I worked with to be extremely honest. Hermen and Mike, and Doug (the person I had first contact with online). Polite, respectful, patient, upfront, honest. I would buy from these guys again. Oh yeah, the business manager Phil that printed my docs was also very accommodating and discussed several things I had options on. In response to Damon Leher. He purchased his truck in 2002. He brought his truck in last year for repairs. His truck was clearly out of the manufactures warranty period and opted out of purchasing an upgraded warranty. We here at Gresham Dodge welcomed the opportunity to assist and offered assistance and resolutions. Chrysler did offer a assistance even as he was so clearly far out of warranty. Mr. Leher refused to pay any deductible and wanted his repairs and no cost to him. He has threatened to spam the review sites to lower our review ratings. We welcomed the opportunity to assist him however we do have to follow protocol set forth by Chryslers Warranty guidelines. His vehicle was simply out of warranty. After his behavior Chrysler is no longer willing to help and he was asked to take his business else where. read more

So, car dealerships are awful places to have to hang out. We all know that. But this place took 2 hours to process my sale and I had a blank check from my bank. Where the sales manager is concerned (I will retract my earlier statement which involved some unnecessary name calling.) what really upset me was that he wasn't even willing to come out of the office and talk to me when I asked to speak to him. After all of it and I agreed to his price, he wouldn't even budge on putting some gas in the car even though the sales person had promised to put more gas in the car during the test drive. It's the little things but they make a huge difference as far as integrity. They ended up not finishing the deal, which is fine because it sounds like it wasn't a good fit for anyone. read more

Our sales man - Enrique - was a major pleasure to work with. From the get-go he was very informative, happy, fun and overall my wife and I had a blast test driving the 2014 Durango RT. He was not the typical "slimy" sales man I have come accustomed to in the automotive world (Newberg Dodge comes to mind...) He was extremely knowledgeable and not even slightly pushy. The rest of the staff was extremely inviting as well, Andrew worked with us on getting financing and worked hard to get us what we wanted and Will was extremely quick at filling out all our forms. This place made the difference. We shopped at Tonkin, Dicks, and NW dodge. When we went in there we could tell it was family type dealership. We were treated great and purchased a new ram. I shopped all the prices around town. They didn't have the exact truck we wanted but it was brought in that same day and even beat the price from everyone else. Kudos to the staff at Gresham Dodge. We had a very positive experience buying a pre-owned KIA SUV. Madjid took my call and said they'd stay open way past closing time if we were interested in looking at the car. Josh Bushek spent the most time with us, from test drive to starting the negotiating process. Mike Crane was the closer, and showed my wife how a lot of the electronics worked as I emptied out the trade-in.
