I left 2 messages for parts and 2 messages for service. I waited about 5 days and did not get a call back. Last Tuesday, Nov. 5th, I called the general manager who got Shane on the line. I explained my need for body repair, as well as new rim. Shane promised to call me back by the 8th with information. Today is the 12th and still there are no calls back. Since Indianapolis is the same distance from home in Cincinnati, I called Camping World there and they are getting me in Friday for a quote. See Ya MWA. I like the guys, they were super nice and helpful and layed back. They gave me a discount and I came away with a beautiful trailer for a cheaper price than I expected And it was super easy. Wow what a selection by the way, almost too many! But the trailers here were way better quality than the American Hauller and some of the others that I saw around plus they were like the same price of this much much better quality trailer, all I can say is spend a few extra hundred dollars and get the nicer one you will not regret it!
