We called the office at 7:55AM and reported it on a voicemail. Returned home at 9PM and the raccoon was still in the trap. We released it ourselves. It had bloody paws and a baby raccoon near by. Day 2: called during business hours for an explanation and was told someone would be out, nothing more. Day 3: a technician came out, re-set the trap with marshmallows??? Day 4: something went inside ate the marshmallows, defecated and left. Day 7: Open trap, no bait and no estimate to fill holes.

The contract is meant to be misleading. Everything is automated. You call the phone line and half the time you're hung -up on and the automated system can't hear or understand your response. The people in the office, if you ever get to one, are generally helpful but are quick to kick the can down the road to the one or two people who can actually do something. I think this, unfortunately, is the way these types of businesses are going. Automation and AI replacing people and thus, common sense. Endless emails and texts from the company for different promotions, chasing for payments that had already been made, etc. I will take my business to a pest control company where I can deal with actual people, not robots.
