No matter what everyone else says, I love Greenfield. They answer the phone, they let me know if my prescription is ready or when it will be, and I got and get it. I find everyone there kind and efficient. And I save hours of wait time. I used to use CVS or Duane Reade, and they were just the WORST. Nothing was ever easy. Greenfield may have a hiccup on timing every once in a while, but they are aces above the rest. I switched to them 6 years ago and never looked back. The longest thing you'll ever have to wait for is a COVID booster. Save that for a weekend. Highly recommend! read more

This is a nice place to get your medicines and whatever other needs you have. Q-tips and honey they have it. Come in the morning or come in the evening. Can be busy in the middle of the day. They also give out free calendars which is nice. I recommend this place. read more

Please be VERY, VERY careful if you ever get a prescription at this pharmacy. We had two prescriptions for our INFANT son filled this week, and on one they put 7.5 ml when the prescription was for 1.5 ml. On the other, they put 1.5 tsp when the prescription was for .5 tsp. If we hadn't listened very closely to the doctor, we might have given our son 5 times too much of one med, and 3 times too much of the other! The pharmacist was extremely apologetic, and while we want to support local businesses, these events have shaken our confidence in this druggist. Again, if you have a prescription filled here, be sure to check the dosage very careful against your doctor's instructions. read more

I would think a local pharmacy would be better to use than a chain. In this case, it is not. I was using them, but then I lost my insurance. For the refills I needed, they asked for $800. I can't possibly afford that. So, I went to Walgreens. They could fill the exact same order for me for $200. That's crazy. Also, this pharmacy does not tend to be able to fill a complete order. They will give you 10 pills or so, but then ask you to come back to pick up the rest. Additionally, if they don't have the right amount of change for you, they won't give you the right amount of change back. Granted, it was like a dollar or something, but they didn't give it to me and acted like that was normal and I shouldn't care about it. They didn't tell me to come back to get the change, they just didn't give it to me. Obviously if I don't have health insurance I am in financial trouble, so yeah, even a little bit of money matters. read more

I'm happy that this independent pharmacy still exists despite the competition from chain pharmacies. I've had the occasional miscommunication here, particularly over the phone, but nothing any worse than any other pharmacy I've been to. They fill prescriptions promptly even if it's busy and they have a small waiting area in the back. The staff is usually friendly. Once I went in to get a prescription but I suddenly felt ill and they let me sit in the waiting area until I felt able to walk home- they were very nice about it, seemed concerned, etc. The selection of non prescription items isn't the greatest but they do offer free delivery. One tip: They tend to be closed for Islamic holidays so don't wait until the last minute to refill a prescription because they might be closed or have closed early. read more

I visited this pharmacy earlier for some eye drops. As I wanted to checkout; There was a line in the back of the pharmacy so I decided to walk to the front where the register was clear . The supervisor yelled so loud asking where i was going?..... Also, all 3 of the employees followed me as I was shopping as well. First of all, this is racial profiling. Instead of the supervisor apologizing for his misjudgment he shrugged his shoulders in a nonchalant manner, did not apologize, had a distasteful grin on his face. Just outright disrespectful. As I voiced my concern to the cashier, he then told me that he was the supervisor like I was supposed to respect him or something, it's absolutely the other way around. The customer is always right. Too bad for their business, I could have been a repeat customer but I will be sure not to patronize this business in the future. If your in the neighborhood save yourself the drama and find another pharmacy where the staff respects their customers. read more

Wow I don't know why people are giving such low reviews to this pharmacy! I've been going to them for every medical need I've had. They've been in the neighborhood since I can remember. Our whole family uses this pharmacy and we've recommended it to all our friends also. The pharmacist and staff are great, extremely helpful. One time my doctor recommended a medication that they usually don't keep in stock and the pharmacist ordered it for me and I got it the same day in the evening. Overall wonderful pharmacy and wonderful staff, defenitly recommend to others! read more
