This is a pretty simple place but simple can be good. Basic breakfast but food was good and prices good as well.

This place has a lot of potential for a Tex-Mexican restaurant and looking forward to them to continue to grow and keep the business going in their town! We ordered the following: The chips and chile con queso/salsa as a starter. $5.75 They asked if I wanted yellow or white cheese. I opted for the yellow, it was basically canned cheese. I asked for pickled jalapeños to add extra flavor because it did not have any chile from what I could tell. Waste of money for this choice Another starter I asked for was the elote $3.25 Mexican Style Street Corn with mayo, butter, lime, cotjia cheese, crema mexicana, hot cheeto dust, and spicey sauce on the side. In all honesty i do not believe all of the ingrediants were included. There was no hot cheeto dust that's for sure but either way this was so good and happy with the appetizer. My main meal was the Tortilla Soup - Bowl $5.75 Our Traditional Mexican Soup with Shredded Chicken, Avocado Slices, Pico de Gallo, Monterey Jack Cheese and Crispy Tortilla Strips. I absolutely loved this soup, very favorable and filled with chicken. My partner chose the following: Chicken Al Pastor Tacos $13.50 The seasoning seemed a little off but the chicken had a nice grill to it overall. He opted for both corn and flour tortillas, both good. The rice and pico were made just right however, the ranchero beans were burnt and lacked bacon for that extra flavoring. My cocktail of choice was the Mangonada de Patron $8.95 You could really taste the freshness of the Mango they used for this, very well made, loved it. The tarmindo candy was greatly appreciated as my dessert to go!

It's BYOB so we were able to buy a bottle for the amount we would have spent on just two glasses. They provided the wine glasses and even opened our bottle with a smile. The rolls were fresh and warm and the salad was chilled and refreshing. We will definitely be back soon!

Service was very good and you definitely cannot get these dishes at this price point anywhere else. I guess you kind of do get what you pay for though. I still give it 4 stars though because their pizzas are SLAMMING!!! Not only do they offer free delivery to us locally the prices are very affordable compared to the local competition and the pizza taste and quality is extremely good. You're not gonna find a stuffed crust, or some of the other custom pizza options that you may see at Dominoes or PH but what they do they do extremely well. We only have Dominoes and PH nearby and we never order from them anymore. We only order Roma's. So complete redemption with their pizzas!!!

We saw the menu and were kind of like ok what kind of a chicken place is this. It was her choice so we went. Our waiter(forgot his name) was cool and was very attentive to us. First sign of a good waiter/server is our cups were never empty. Its been a while that my cup has never been empty. For the food it rocked. Your biscuits are addictive. I dont know what you put in them but we ate alot of them. The dressing on the salad was not over powering. Now for the chicken. We had tenders, fired, smoked and even some chicken fried steak. It was all juicy and tender. What had us surprised was there was no oil on the plate when it was served. The breading on all the chicken stayed crunchy. What ever you do to the chicken keep doing it. The corn, green beans and the mashed potatoes were on point. They are their own food group. Im not a green bean person. I had 2 servings. The gravy just made everything taste better. The deserts tasted like they came from grandmas kitchen. Whats the chances you would open a location in Las Vegas Nevada. Its going to get expensive to drive here every time we what fried chicken. Keep doing what you're doing. It works.

Followed up by a side salad with blue cheese dressing. My main course consisted of a 12 oz sirloin with beans and a loaded baked potato. I finished off with the peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Starting out, the jalapeños were good, but the bbq sauce dominated the flavor. The salad was a basic garden salad with iceberg lettuce et al. The steak was cooked medium rare as requested. It was flavorful and went well with potato and beans. The beans were cooked to perfection and the potato was proportioned well with sour cream, cheese, and bacon. The peach cobbler, was pretty basic tasting kind of bland. Peach cobbler is a favorite of mine and this one needed some seasoning. That being said, I was happy with the meal, especially for the cost. The staff was hospitable and the atmosphere was what you would expect from a cowboy steakhouse. I would definitely come back for another meal.
