Awesome customer service Okihime Cleaning Services. I did read several of the (1) star reviews prior to arranging the appointment which more or less stated that the customers either could not get a response from the company or that there was some sort of scheduling issue. I should have listened to my gut and stayed away. This is definitely not a company that I would put my trust in.

We booked with them for a move out of our apartment and they made the apartment look even better than when we first got it! For 2 years there were stains in the tub and restrooms that we tried everything to scrub out and we couldn't get them out! But Maid in Oahu was able to get it out and clean the entire apartment from top to bottom in less than 3 hours. Book with them you won't regret it ‍

I scheduled a move-out cleaning in preparation for putting my apartment on the market. I had used…read morethis company previously through my husband and had a very different experience, which is why I felt comfortable booking them again. Before she began, I told her that I needed to be in a different appointment by 2:00 p.m. She told me she would call me approximately 30 minutes before she was finished so that I could return for the final inspection. I was proactive and arrived at 1:20 p.m. so I would have enough time to meet her, inspect the apartment. I reminded her that I needed to be somewhere and she reassured me she would be done. I asked if I could come back after my appointment to do the inspection because it would still have been within the 5 hours they set. When I arrived, however, her car was not there and she was no longer at the property. The timing and communication throughout the entire appointment were extremely confusing. I was then rushed through the final inspection, and I immediately noticed several areas that needed to be addressed. Because I was already running late for my next appointment, I unfortunately did not have enough time to thoroughly inspect the entire apartment. Later that afternoon, I returned to the apartment to double-check the cleaning more thoroughly. I found multiple areas that had been missed, as well as dirty/oily substances throughout some areas that appeared to be residue from the cleaning products or supplies that had been used. When I called to explain my concerns, I was disappointed by the attitude I received from the receptionist. Rather than taking the concerns seriously, I was essentially told that it was my fault because I had "okayed" the inspection. I found this response extremely unprofessional, particularly given the amount of miscommunication surrounding the scheduling, arrival time, completion of the job, and final inspection. Throughout this experience, there were multiple instances of poor communication and a lack of professionalism. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe how a company handles those mistakes is just as important as the quality of the service itself. I was told that the receptionist would contact the manager and owner. At that point, I expected that either the manager or owner would personally follow up to address the miscommunication and concerns with the cleaning. Unfortunately, I was never contacted by anyone in management and was not offered any support or resolution from the higher-ups. It is especially disappointing because I had used this company before and had a completely different experience. Based on this recent experience, I would no longer recommend this company. The combination of poor communication, rushed service, missed areas, and the unprofessional way my concerns were handled left a very negative impression.

I have nothing but good things to say about Pono Clean-Up Crew!…read more First off, when I sent my inquiry, Precious was so quick to respond, on top of her affordable prices. Booking Precious and her team was easy and they arrived right on time. I'm so happy they were able to squeeze me in on such notice (about 3-4 days) before I needed the cleaning done for moving out of my 865sqft 2bd2ba apartment. Precious and her team used magic or something to clean my whole apartment! I wish I took a before picture of the stove top, because you know how we all have that *one* favorite burner? Obv the bottom right one? I tried everything to get the bumpy stuff off of the glass stove top, but nothing worked... until Precious worked her magic :) If you need your apartment cleaned, or just any cleaning services, I highly recommend Pono Clean Up Crew! Kind, courteous, efficient, & affordable -- what more can you ask for in a team?! 15/10 would recommend.
